Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by POOR ENOUGH Well, if you are pain or tired, I don't suggest this hotel because the services is POOR enough. At least I was pained by the knee but when I came in the lobby with the visible actions, I walked slowly with the bandages on the knees, no one cares as you are just one of their guests. Where is the service spirit??? The interesting thing is that the hotel recognized my IHG member club easily and then my room was automatically upgraded to a higher level without asking if I want to upgrade it, which also caused us loose the FREE breakfast. I want to figure this out because when I checked in that day, the waitress pointed out the breakfast place without mentioning if I still keep the FREE one. when I get all the foods and want to eat the waitress came here say it is NOT FREE. Ridiculous! Another one is when I booked Holiday Inn in BANKOK, another city in Thailand, they didn't ask deposit, but this hotel did! I feel they are so RUDE for this for the IHG club member and Chinese people and the checkout time is only extended to 2 hours later, comparing the one in BANKOK, missing 2 hours which made me uncomfortable. Which means BANKOK has extended me 4 hours. AFAIK, the telephone number on the website should be correct, but when I dial it out, it responded me it is an INVALID one, I hope this website should confirm if the one in the order is still available. In the process of checking out, the waitress spitted herself into several roles to service different guests. I feel she wants me quickly leave the hotel and did't show her respect. BAD! She also didn't know what RECEIPT is until I used another word TAX INVOICE, but the final slip shows "RECEIPT/TAX INVOICE", I cant recognizes such hotel has less training for those common words. If the hotel doesn't have enough service, please hire some. Next time I will not choose this one unless the promised service is improved. November 25, 2015

Even just a bell boy Anex (around that) was very responsive and helpful. November 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 放心入住、很棒的会员体验 和家人第一次到清迈,因为是洲际连锁所以选择这家,比较放心。办理入住有专门的会员服务,还有美味的饮料提供,最赞的还是为我们升级了套房,房间很大,早餐较丰富还不错。酒店设施较旧,空调通风声音较响,影响睡眠。总体来说,对设施要求不高的可以选择入住。 November 23, 2015
