Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Superior Service I have never been to a Holiday Inn of this caliber. I honestly did not know what the expect but was pleasantly surprised. My boyfriend and I were greeted immediately. The check-in process was seamless and the front desk personnel were cordial and made sure that they gave us all the details we would need to have a pleasant stay. My room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Parking is included in the stay and the bar downstairs had a small yet, diverse menu. I used UBER to get to Mag Mile but I took the train and the bus back to the hotel. The bus literally drops off right in front of the hotel entrance and its a short ride to the metro rail so you have quick and affordable access to all the main attractions. I would definitely stay there again and honestly wished I could have been there one more night. August 27, 2015

Perfect location for flying out at Midway Airport, however, if I wasn't catching a flight I probably would stay a little further out because it does have the noise from the airport. From the moment your picked up from Midway Airport to checking in, your stay, interacting with the employees of all clasifications it's a pleasure and they always show a genuine concern and treat you like a friend and not just a guest. My only complaint is the channel line up on the television cable package in the guest rooms. Why do you have 2 different cable packages. One in Coaches sports Bar and the other for the Guest Rooms. I'm sure that many including myself would very much enjoy watching the Univision channel in my guest room and not just in Coaches, when possible. I'm sure it wouldn't be that difficult to add it to the line up in the Guest Rooms. August 25, 2015
