Mattress was uneven - seemed old - not comfortable.
We had a King bed with pillows that seemed much longer than King - not comfortable for two people that like to sleep next to one another.

Outstanding service and hotel. If you use GPS to get to hotel it gives you wrong directions. Hotel is hidden in the back of other hotels.

Very Nice Hotel Overall. Book a room in the front because the railroad yard behind the hotel makes a lot of squealing noise.

When I arrived, I was told that the price was double what I was quoted because they made a mistake when it was booked.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by larsburger Less than expected from "Holiday Inn"
This hotel was perfectly acceptable. Clean and well-kept and the limited interaction we had with staff was pleasant enough (although they fell down on status recognition).
However, this hotel feels like it's playing several levels below the Holiday Inn standard. The pool was tiny (more of a "we have a pool pool" than one you'd want to swim in, faced onto a parking lot, and lacked a hot tub (even though there was space for one). The public areas were pretty minimal and not especially inviting (unless you were eating in the restaurant).
The location, in a "hotel complex" with about 10 other cinder-block hotels just made me feel like I would have gotten better value from going to a more-downmarket brand hotel such as the Holiday Inn Express where I would have at least gotten breakfast.
