Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Difficult to get in to Being a first time visitor to this location, I found that the poor signage and difficult traffic pattern, made finding the hotel entrance very irritating. This poor first impression which including finding the parking and then getting gouged $37 a day to park, makes this a significantly poor value. November 17, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable bed, bad food I look forward every two years to this conference in Chicago, but we've never had it at this hotel before. I know this was conference food and not the restaurant food -- but I've had a lot of conference hotel food before and this was the worst I have ever had. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable, the sheets had stains and there wasn't a blanket. Even though I kept the heat on, I was always cold. The location had nice views of the river, but there wasn't much in the area except loud sports bars. November 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place with easy accessibility to downtown Great place with easy accessability to downtown, restaurants, sightseeing, transportation system. Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks within easy walking distance without going outdoors...Great! The room was quiet, had a great view, and would stay again. November 12, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible This was by far the worst excuse of a hotel in my life. I had booked here only because I had to be next door for a work meeting. I had booked months in advance for a King renovated suite which I thought was guarenteed. Needless to say I got there to check in and my room was changed from a suite to a regular room that was not renovated with two double beds. I went up to the room and tried to put on the lights and none of the lights worked. So I went back downstairs to see if there was another room or if there was a mistake with the room that I was given. The person at the desk said I will change your room, thinking they would have given me what I booked, sadly I was mistaken. They put me in an even worse room which was run down and had a connecting door. For a single woman, travelling alone on business the last thing you need is the stress and aggravation of not having a comfortable place to sleep especially being so far from home. I will not get further into details; however word of advice- STAY AWAY! November 11, 2014
