Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No heat! At my recent stay my room would not get warmer than 67 degrees, which is cold for me. I called the front desk and was told engineering would be by, they never showed up. I woke up at 4am to a 57 degree room...after playing with the controls the room got back to 62 but no higher. The heat/a/c appears to be from the 70' and obviously does not work correctly... February 24, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Construction, Parking Fee, No complimentary coffee. Worst deal ever! Construction next to hotel which was not mentioned at reservation or check-in. Also, $35 to park overnight was not disclosed at time of reservation. The morning of our stay it cost $3 for a cup of regular coffee! I can get a latte for that price! I stayed over 200 nights in IHG hotels last year and never had anything like that! I can deal with parking fee because of location but, no mention of construction and a $3 cup of coffee is unacceptable. I would never stay there again! February 23, 2015

Was not advised prior to our arrival that the hotel was located on the 15th floor. A little heads up would have been helpful. Thanks M. Largent February 23, 2015

Thanks to Kim and Loretta at the front desk for being so friendly when I misplaced a room key somewhere along the way. The staff in the bar/restaurant was great as always.
