Holiday Inn Chico brought me crisp dry toast with pats of real butter wrapped in foil with my perfectly egg and fresh fruit. Shows real class. I was given a suite for the price of a room- I appreciate the gesture but it was kind of wasted on just me on a quick business trip. Your regular rooms are fine, December 6, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible experience details below quick history 3 days no internet service REAL PROBLEM FOR ME no movie on first night then told 'fixed' by next night NOT then told unique to room NOT then told can move new box to room NOT then told entire hotel has problem NOT then told to move bodily luggage etc to new room. for movies was never open at most normal hours....THEN bill messed up but corrected with erroneous charges deleted no fruit at buffett offerings was supposed to receive points adjustment...HAVE NOT to this date with no follow up from management... Uniquely bad experience in 10 Platinum awards I am a A+ Platinum blah blah member for over 10- years and this truly was the worst experience I have had at IHG... December 2, 2014

They even helped me with a discount rate I didn't know I qualified for. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future. November 10, 2014
