Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Super support staff! When I first arrived I was not sure this was going to be a good experience but I am glad things turned around. Upon check-in, the front desk person was unable to retrieve my status and once I produced the card, she was only slightly more convinced. I am not one stuck on status but I simply inquired about an upgrade, as my co-workers were granted upgrades. I thought this was strange as I have been a dedicated HI customer for years. Perhaps the computer here does not communicate with the IHG records? Thankfully, I had two great experiences at this hotel that made me change my uncertain mind. First of all, there was Juan, the maintenance guy who helped me with my fridge on the first night. The problem turned out to be a very simple fix but he didn't make me feel dumb about it. He even shared a brief story of a similar sitation he experienced. The second experience occured in the dining room. Each morning Andi and Kyera (spelling might be wrong on both- sorry) were very helpful and considerate. On the last day of my stay, I left my to-go box at the breakfast table and Kyera immediately had the front desk call my room and I was able to retrieve my lunch prior to checking out of the hotel. These folks made staying away from home a little more pleasant- thank you! January 23, 2015

I came to town for work and liked this place because it was conveniently close to the freeway, downtown and it had decent room service. I would stay here again.
