Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good value for the money No blankets or pool towels available upon request. Unable to use pool or hot tub due to over crowding. Same breakfast choices over two day period. Not enough electrical outlets. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Room was not cleaned, nor new towels or coffee packets refreshed over 2 day stay. Leaky bathtub. Wobbly stool at bar though bar staff was very kind. April 14, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quick Overnight This hotel was right in line with most Holiday Inns that I have stayed in. Easy to access from the highway any plenty of parking. You can tell that this hotel has been remodeled from an older hotel, but they have done a great job bringing the facility up to date. The room was comfortable and quiet and made for an excellent nights sleep. My only issue was a small wait while the front desk staff finished a conversation when I was trying to check-in. But they were very friendly and my check in was quick and efficient. The girls that work the breakfast in the restaurant are incredible, Friendly smiles and quick service definitely make for a good start to the day, and they were the highlight of the stay this visit. Overall, for a quick business trip or weekend stay, I can recommend this Holiday Inn for a stay in Chico. April 12, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great Value We stayed at the Holiday Inn on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. We arrived around 1:00pm without a reservation and were promptly given a room we could check into. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet and priced fairly. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Restaurant could improve This is the second time, I've stayed at this hotel and used the restaurant, and both times, the restaurant did not have all of the food on the menu and failed to tell us the food was unavailable until the food should have been served.
