Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rude check-in...but otherwise nice stay Check in is not until 4 pm...and there seems to be no accommodation to check in anyone early. I was told rather rudely (when I arrived just after 2:30 after driving for 7 hours) that I would have to come back. I have on occasion arrived at other hotels before the check in time and have generally been told that they would check to see if the room was ready. It seemed rather inefficient on their part to have a bunch of people to check in at 4 pm rather than just checking them into rooms that were ready to go. Bad first impression...but the room was very clean and I seemed to be in a quiet part of the hotel. April 30, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by stayed for a wedding and the food and service provied was poor Cam into to town and stayed at this hotel because of a wedding and the reception would be held in the hotel. They ran out of food twice, the selection of food and the quality of food was terrible. Did not get the provided breakfast because of our "room rate" even though I was told over the phone it was included. Our room did not have a remote for the tv, and it took well over an hour to get one. When I called down to ask if I should run down to grab it they were rude and said it was on its was, yeah a half hour later. Not great. April 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Late Reservation Made the reservation during the week for a weekend stay. Forgot to make it earlier for better rate shopping in the area. We have stayed here before. The hotel is adequate and better than many in the Chico area. Still needs some updating. Paint doesn't cover everything. April 22, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed Beds and pillows are great, room is clean. We usually enjoy our visit. But this time, both evenings we were woken at 3am by drunken people pounding on doors to be let inside. I called the front desk and it didn't seem that anyone came up to rectify the situation. A quiet stay would have been nice. The second night a man walked down the hall knocking on nearly all the doors hollering for his friend. At least he didn't drop the F-bomb every 3rd word like the man on Friday night. April 21, 2015

We were only told we could have 2 continental breakfast vouchers for the 4 adults staying in the room. The bathroom fan didn't work, so when anyone showered the entire room got muggy. My room key didn't read properly, but there was a spare - so while it was inconvenient, it was workable. The ceilings are not well sound proofed and it sounded like a group of monkeys jumping on the beds in the room above me at 7a.m. April 21, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good value for the money No blankets or pool towels available upon request. Unable to use pool or hot tub due to over crowding. Same breakfast choices over two day period. Not enough electrical outlets. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Room was not cleaned, nor new towels or coffee packets refreshed over 2 day stay. Leaky bathtub. Wobbly stool at bar though bar staff was very kind. April 14, 2015
