We were going to Canyon de Chelly and it is located somewhat off the beaten track, so we were delighted to find this Holiday Inn was superior in every way. The rooms were very clean, up to date, and comfortable. The gift shop was very good as well. I would highly recommend this motel. October 19, 2014

After passing the sketchy looking Great Western Hotel, we didn't know what to expect, but were pleasantly pleased with this facility. It was clean, attractive and the staff was very friendly and helpful. October 10, 2014

Would thing more general information about the canyon, it's visitor center (a local map) and all of the tour providers, whether they pickup at the hotel or the visitor center. October 10, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by poor utility, poor kitchen service water color was orange, I was told it is the color of minerals in the water, however it seemed hotel has some piping issue. the site has drainage issue. sand bags are not helpful, parking is flooding in monsoon season. this is a permanent issue and what I have experienced at this hotel for the past 6 years. food quality and restaurant service is very poor. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Reservation service Had reserved rooms well ahead of scheduled visit. They assigned us rooms in a smoking building when we requested non smoking. They were able to change the handicapped room to a non smoking building, but they did not change our other room. One of our rooms was to be handicap accessible and the room was poorly configured for a handicapped person. Restaurant service was very good, but it was a long trek from the handicapped room to the restaurant. October 7, 2014
