Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It was okay, not great You can tell the building is old. The hallways have the smell of old stale smoke, but at least my room did not smell. The rooms were clean and the furniture is updated. The only major problem we had was when we arrived all 3 of our rooms did not have the heat turned on and it was the middle of winter. My room was 60 degrees when I first arrived. The heat did work after it was turned on, but I would expect a hotel like this to have the heat turned on especially if they know we are checking in. Also there is no breakfast included, which is a little disappointing. I usually love holiday inn's but this one did not meet my expectations. I've stayed at many other hotels within this hotel brand that are much nicer and offer better amenities. March 2, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Hotel I am a Platinum member and spend over 200 nights a year at IHG properties. This hotel is one of the best that I visit. The staff has to be among the best in America. Everyone from maintenance personnel to desk clerks, maids and restaurant servers couldn't have been nicer. It was a barrage of "good morning" "are you enjoying your stay" and "thanks for staying with us". I have been here before and will most definitely be back again. February 26, 2015

We received a very nice upgrade to a 2 bdrm suite which was very comfortable for our party of 4. Everything we required was very handy at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. The entire hotel staff was very attentive and friendly and promptly took care of any questions or needs we had. We will definitely be back! February 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My stay was cut short, looking forward to return. Nice facility, comfortable room. Snow cut our work project short, but I hope to return soon to complete the work and my stay. Only had the opportunity for one dinner in the restaurant, but the food was good. I want to come back and try the pool for my therapy exercise. It was full of kids while I was there.
