Everything was great will be back! From the time we arrived until check out everything, everyone was great you couldn't expect more from any hotel. I travel all over the United States with my work and always try to stay at an IGH hotel, And have always been pleased. And I might add my stays are usually several months at a time.

Holiday Eastgate was a wonderful hotel and plan to go back next time we are in Cincinnati. The staff, room, service and common areas were exceptional.

There were bottle left in the room from the previous guest that were not removed by housekeeping. Housekeeping neglected to clean and make up my room on the second day of my stay.

I participated in a leisure conference at the hotel over a long weekend. The attendees overran the entire property, which can often be a disaster. However, the hotel staff was able to keep up with our crowd, keeping all rooms and common areas clean and inviting the entire time. Thanks!

My daughter and I recently stayed at this property while we were in the area for a Geocaching event. The staff could not have been nicer or more polite.
The pillows in the room are nice, your given two, one labeled soft, one labeled firm. The mattress was a little to firm for my personal preference, however I understand that is a subjective thing which varies depending on personal preference. Linens and towels were clean and stain free.
The blackout curtains receive an A from me, I was actually able to sleep in past sunrise!
The issues with our accommodations superficial. There were some water stains on the ceiling above our AC/Heater, the lamp shades are pretty beat up, and there were some kind of plug-in air fresheners that were very strong. Once we used the shower, the faucet did have a slow drip that we could not get to stop.
The attached restaurant was pricey so we didn't eat there. There are plenty of local options so that wasn't a big deal.
For the cost of the room, my expectations were a bit higher. The pool, hot tub and exercise rooms are small...I would have expected bigger on all three for the size of this hotel as well.
All-in-all it was a good stay. Our room had a small microwave and fridge which both came in handy. The coffee pot is a micro pot so if you plan on drinking more than one or two small cups a day, you'll need to contact the service desk to get additional prefilled filter packets. Free internet, which could be a little slow at times, but was sufficient for our needs.
