Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding Attended a wedding June 23th. For a one night stay the hotel was fine, not a place I'd want to stay for a longer period. The distance from the lobby to the rooms is way too far and to convoluted also the elevators are too slow and need to be replaced. The room is what you expect for a Holiday Inn, nothing to write home about. May 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the Holiday Inn Eastgate. We requested a change of rooms due to location and we received a different room immediately. Room service was relaxing and food in the dining room was excellent. Bed was very comfy and slept well. Courteous and friendly staff. Will stay at this hotel again. May 27, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Would not recommend... The conference I attended was fantastic but the hotel was not. My room was incorrect upon check in - requested a nonsmoking room because of allergies - was assigned a smoking room because it was all they had. Upon getting up to my room I located my reservation confirmation papers and brought them back to the desk confirming a nonsmoking room. They were able to find me a nonsmoking room then but also informed me that if your room isn't reserved with a credit card you are not guaranteed anything, basically that reservation confirmation is null and void without a credit card, even though it says on the paper it is guaranteed until 6pm that evening and I had checked in before then. Furthermore, my room was not cleaned well... The first day the bathroom was untouched and no toilet paper was brought. I dropped the remote the second night, under the bed - I went to grab it and noticed that under the bed was gross! There were dirty napkins and bottles. There were used coffee filters behind the coffee pot also. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my conference and wouldn't change it for anything but the hotel was poor. It's sad because it is in a great location and would love to check out Cincinnati again when I have more time for myself. Won't be staying there! May 18, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Stay at hotel Stay somewhere else. For the cost there are a lot of other options. The positives: the outside appearance and lobby are clean, well cared for. The food in the restaurant (breakfast) was good. The negatives: silverfish in the bathtub; stool/blood on the toilet from a previous occupant; furniture broken in the room; dust so thick I wrote notes to the housekeeping staff stating "dust this".
