Pros would be a nice large indoor pool with plenty of seating. (There was also a outdoor pool but it was not in season yet.) It was fairly busy on a Saturday night. We enjoyed ordering pizza on a Friday night from Max & Erma's that we picked up and took to the pool, and also dining in at Max & Erma's on Saturday night. The restaurant was able to accompany our large group easily. Food was good. Daily drink special. Parking was ample. Free wifi.
Cons would be the hotel is older and probably needs down graded from a Holiday Inn. The room was satisfactory including a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Room furnishings were a bit old. Hair dryer in room did not work and was replaced after my second request. On our second day, the housekeeping staff had pulled the partially used conditioner bottle out of the shower to place back on the courtesy tray in the bathroom, instead of placing a new one. New clean towels were replaced on our second day, but we did not receive any clean hand towels or wash clothes. Hmmm. I had a charge from Max & Erma's for $8.99 that did not belong to us and was most likely charged to the wrong room. Coffee ready all day would be appreciated in the lobby like some other hotel chains provide.

I presented my membership card, but receptionist did not realize it.
It was only my concern.
Everything else went fine with me.

The room smelled terrible and the carpet was dirty .......the only reason we didn't refuse staying was because we were dead tired from a long drive and didn't know the local area to find another hotel......for the price it was one of the two worst hotels I've ever stayed in.....A sad surprise for us because we always have had great experiences with Holiday Inn locations over the years and specifically seek them out...Now we'll be wary of future Holiday Inn stays...
