Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Warm place on a cold, cold day! My over all stay was wonderful. The front counter staff as well as the Suport Services Staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel was nice but it was Valintines Day and the wait was very long due to one cook and 2 wait staff working. My wife and I decided to go to a different place though. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room amenities. My husband and I decided to rent a room for the night that was close to our work place due to a snow storm and we live 50 miles away from work. I was able to book a room on line in less than 5 minutes. The hotel we stayed at was 10 minutes from our work place and close to shopping and restaurants. We obviously had not planned on staying and therefore had no clothes/toiletries. We were able to pick-up everything we needed with ease close to the hotel. We were extremely pleased to find a USB charging port in the room for our cell phones. The restaurant attached to the hotel was perfect for dinner and very affordable as well as being delicious and served by quick and friendly staff. February 23, 2015

Moreover, the retaurant manager was very impolite and rude with his personnel to the point I felt uncomfortable. I'd would think twice before staying there in my next visit to Cincinnati. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing Staycation I never have an opportunity to getaway. I am a single mom of a child with autism. It was a very restful and pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was nicely tucked away on a quiet floor. I could even see my car from my window. Being alone in a hotel would normally be nerve racking, but this was very comfortable and pleasant. I definitely plan to do this again. February 17, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Stay/need updated The facility was "adequate" but definitely needs some sprucing up. We stayed on the 12th floor and it just so dismal and dark. New lighting and brighter wall paper would do wonders. Why doesn't the Holiday Inn's provide a free breakfast like the Holiday Inn Express does. I always look forward to staying at a Holiday Inn Express. February 13, 2015
