Wasn't recognized as a Priority Club member at check in until I mentioned it. Check in staff were very pleasant and helpful though. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived early, we were told to come back in an hour and it would be ready..... it wasn't.
The room was dated and smelled a little musty.... air conditioner was very noisy.... actually kept us awake at times.
Food (breakfast) at restaurant was very average at best.
We were there for a Navy convention and the catering staff were very good.... food was ok......the room price was very fair. All in all we'd probably stay there again.... my Navy Battalion is holding a reunion in Cincinnati next year ... probably won't recommend it for a site.

Front desk girl was very friendly upon arriving. Recognized me as priority club member. Rooms were comfortable but dated. They could use new carpeting and thresholds. AC unit was noisy. Would stay here again.

Right off the Interstate but the traffic situation is horrible around the hotel during rush hour.
The attached restaurant, a burger-type joint, is OK for lunch or dinner however the breakfast buffet dissapoints. The wait staff is friendly and competent.
Room was adequate but the furniture is chipped and aging. The recliner in our room was terminal. Both arms were broken and the recliner mechanism was nonfuntional.
Rugs, bed linen, bathroom clean. Bathroom well-stocked with towels, shampoos etc.
No or non-funtioning in-room Wi-Fi. Desk staff said to use the business center if I needed to use a computer.
No recognition for Priority Club Members.
All in all this hotel was the closest to a business appointment so it sufficed. Were it home base for a vacation I'd be less than thrilled.
In my humble opinion this holel is becoming the norm for the Holiday Inn chain and that's a shame. As Priority Club members we've tried to stay loyal to this brand but it's becoming more difficult.

Have stayed at this property many times over the past few years. Great location off I-275, convenient to all parts of Cincinnati. Older property but well maintained. Front desk staff friendly. Great breakfast buffet daily, excellent service by restaurant staff.
Diiner at Max and Erma's good also.

Arrived late due to March snow storm. Was checked into room by 12:45am only to find room (bed unmade) and towels all over bathroom floor. Quickly sumissed that room had never been cleaned. Forget about asking for refund or discount..."manager not available."

We arrived to the hotel late and at about the same time as bus-loads of teenage children. The lobby was insane. We were able to check-in relatively quickly and were given keys to a room. When my husband and I got to the room and opened the door it had clearly been cleaned and then used by someone. There were dirty towels on the floor, trash on the counters, and the bed had been slept in. We went back downstairs to the lobby to get a new room. When we explained the situation, the desk clerk said to another desk clerk, "ugh, we've been having so many problems with guests being able to get into other guests rooms." This was really alarming to overhear! We got keys to our new room and that room was clean. It was still disconcerting to overhear that comment and made our stay uneasy. The maid service also knocked on our door twice that morning before we had checked out (once as early as 8:30am) which made us in a rush to leave. Okay hotel, but probably will avoid staying here in the future.

We used a travel flyer reduced rate on a one night stay. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff member gave me her entire attention while checking in. We found the drug store and restaruants nearby so all we needed was close at hand. The hotel is close to the interstate - easy on and off.

They did a great job accomodating our team and the other teams in our large group. A great breakfast was served early just for us.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, with it being located right off of I-275. Can easily pick up I-75 or I-71. Easy access to downtown Cincinnati.
Rates are very reasonable, plenty of parking, great restaurant in Max & Erma's on site with good specials and food. Provide really good breakfast buffet for Priority Club members, right equipment in the fitness room to provide a full workout. Rooms are clean and Wi-Fi works well.
Plenty of reatil stores around also. Staff is very helpful. Highly recommend.

IF you are using a CLC card Holiday Inns are no longer giving you your points for your stay. No matter what the rate is. Choice hotels will give you points for staying there. So being a paying customer just on a different way of payment does not matter, you can call IHG, International Hotel Group and ask why? I would recommend this property if using a CLC card was not the issue.

The hotel booked 200+ rooms to American frieght. These people spent the night acting like a bunch of kids first night away from home. Smokeing dope in the hallways and making enough noise to wake the dead all night.

I enjoyed having Max and Erma right next door for breakfast and dinner. We received coupons for a free breakfast for the three days of our stay. We also received 3 dollar off coupons for dinner at the restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable. The a/c was a bit loud, but that is to be expected for room units (as opposed to central). The location, right off I-275 was convenient to getting around the Cincy area.
