Una de las cosas que me gusto mucho y vi la diferencia entre otros Hoteles, es la atención en el restaurante, a pesar que es bastante pequeño en relación a otros conocidos, la atención fue excelente. las habitaciones son excelentes, el trato fue con cortesía y a la ves reservado, en el sentido que personal de seguridad del hotel esta familiarizados con el trabajo que desempeñan. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It was ok The stay was fine food was good I realize the hotel has rules but some are a bit extreme like I wanted a shoe shine I ask the kid to come inside the lobby so I could sit down while he did it and the security would not let him when I told him I would take full responsibility if any thing went missing now I could see the policy if I wanted to take him to my room but it was in the lobby but never the less I think it could have been handled better then the security exchange words with me and then to tell his superior about it and point his finger at me very unprofessional September 8, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value for money in a safe and convenient location There were two reasons that I did not give this hotel a 5/5 rating. 1. After a 37 hour journey door to door from Australia I arrived late on Saturday night, very tired. At 7 am on Sunday workmen started work in the lobby undertaking renovations - I was on the 6th floor but directly over the lobby and the noise was dreadful, especially to be woken at 7am on a Sunday. But I guess that this is a temporary thing as the lobby renovations will be finished soon. 2. The air con in my room worked however the fan on low sounded like a jet turbine and on high was unbearable. So I didn't use it apart from the occasional blast while I was awake to keep the room cool. The room temperature was fairly constant luckily, but it did get a bit hot and stuffy in the middle of the night. Oh, and the dining room gets extremely crowded for breakfast on weekdays, but some of it was closed due to the renovations, so assume this is not always a problem. Apart from these minor things, it was excellent. September 3, 2014
