I've stayed quite a few times at this Holiday Inn as it's a well run comfortable hotel with good food and a welcoming staff. Staff are very friendly and efficient and would particularly mention Joseph in the Coffee Shop as an example and the room attendant on the 4th floor whose name I didn't get but both did an outstanding job.

After how many years we've been supported IHG group and to be the loyal member, still disappointed with Philippines' holiday inn hotel. While check in, front desk staff gave us the paper for the benefit that our gold membership entitle to have, however when I went to the lady staff before dinner, she refused my late check out for 2pm (my flight time is 8pm). She told me the hotel is fully booked, and we realize that on our check out day, it's very quiet as it's weekday. Monday night, went to roof floor restaurant, it closed and no service without notice. Go down to the lobby restaurant, they also inform us they close at 9:30pm not allows in. We have our dinner at their bar lounge. Tuesday having lunch buffet at lobby restaurant, food quality kind of disappointed although the service is good. Seafood were cold such as prawn & crab. Overall won't consider to go back and prefer stay in other convenience hotel with good food and service, save transportation time and money for nothing.

Raised the AC issue I encountered real time. . Had the same problem when I was in INtercon Mexico but the staff and duty manager managed to resolve the issue immediately. They even gave me some items which i thought was for service recovery.
