We stayed here for the 7107 International Music Festival and obviously that means late nights and late mornings as well.
The staff was very very helpful and courteous and just overall quick with everything. Nothing to complain about. The bed was beautiful and we had wonderful sleep after an entire night standing up, dancing and partying.

Nice staff and good frontdesk. The rooms need a bit of TLC otherwise the stay was super. Will be back soon. Good recognition for Platinum members, got a room upgrade and some cakes as welcome gift. See you soon.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the hotel itself is a little tired looking and needing a facelift.
I also found it in a little bit isolated as the free shuttle bus only ran from 6 PM in the evening.
The outside pool and pool bar had very helpful and friendly staff.
With the recent flights from Dubai and Qatar to Clark, I hope the hotel invest in some major facelifts for the future.

The staff is friendly, and honest, they returned my husbands missing sunglasses when we changed rooms. The food that we ordered for room service is great, especially the fish and chips, and pizza. I suggest a regular visit to hallways to control and minimize the noise from other guests. The furniture needs to be adjusted to keep from slamming into other things, and making noise when opened, or closed. The food at the Mequeni restaurant was good. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay at Holiday Inn.
From a 10 year old's point of view-
Guests should be able to rent or buy water toys, such as inner tubes, water noodles, etc,. they should also have a slide built next to the pool. It should also include a small area for kids to ride on go carts, and other rides.

Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially liked the service in the restaurant downstairs. Joey was great! Food was good and plentiful. Breakfast via a la carte menu is the way to go!

Good restauratns around and close to DMIA. Only an hour's drive from Manila too, on a good run.

I chose to celebrate my 50th birthday last December 6, 2013 at Holiday Inn Clark. No better way to greet my golden year than with a relaxing staycation at one of the Villas. As usual, the food at Mekeni Cafe was superb. However, I was disappointed to be informed by the staff that I could not avail of the Complimentary Cake of the Month or the Complimentary Bottle of Red or White Wine. I was told that these vouchers could not be used in conjunction with the Voucher I was using for dining at Mekeni Cafe. That was a huge disappointment! I told the staff that I was celebrating my 50th birthday on the very day that I was dining, and was hoping to blow a candle on my birthday cake, but the staff did not make an exception. If I may say, that was too stiff a policy. How much would a small cake cost? A complimentary cake given on a 50th birthday would have meant a lot. Perhaps the waiters could have brought the matter to the supervisor or the Program Manager of Priority Privilege, and that would have surprised me on my 50th birthday, or probably merited a referral for more clients for Holiday Inn. Anyway, that is all water under the bridge. I just hope that Holiday Inn or Priority Privilege could be more flexible next time. I can buy a cake, but Holiday Inn being one with me in my 50th birthday celebration by surprising me with a cake or a complimentary bottle of red wine would have been a great delight. One more thing: I am an IHG Rewards Club Member, and in the welcome card given me by the Guest Relations Team, it was stated there that I am entitled to a "complimentary late check out till 2pm." To my surprise, the front desk called before 12nn, reminding me that my check out time was 12nn. And I though being an IHG Rewards Club member was pretty special! Notwithstanding my comments here, I would still remain to be a loyal customer of Holiday Inn. In fact, I just renewed my Priority Privilege membership for 2014. Happy Holidays!
