Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Villa Clark Philippines The Hotel is made up of a main building with predictable albeit outdated Holiday Inn type basic comfort. I have stayed several times at this property and the general level of quality ( Staff attentiveness / room / food ) has been consistently good. During my last stay there were no rooms available in the main building and was forced to stay at one of the Villas. The name Villa would usually mean much nicer and better features than a standard room. Unfortunately this is far from reality as the Villas are very outdated and rundown. Generally clean but with unacceptable rundown furniture, dirty "looking" curtains, noisy airconditioning, not working safe ... dirty entrance area etc... Since I checked in late and left early the next morning there was no point for me to complain and expect any thing that could be done immediately. I complained the next day and the duty manager very nicely apologized and offerd my some free IHG points to compensate for the problems I met. January 21, 2016
