Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Run Down Hotel and Overpriced I've been going to this hotel for many years, all for business travel. Each time, the hotel seems to be getting dirtier after every visit. The carpets are hold and nasty-I always wear socks, and sandals in the shower. The bathrooms have mold and mildew buildup. The beds haven't been replaced and extremely broken down. My last visit, my AC did not work and it was in the middle of summer. The cost is a bit over priced but they jack up the price when they have the US Armed Forces stay there. I have been told but cannot confirm that the CDC owns the property and the rent agreement expired and bought by another company. The staff are uncertain of their jobs which may be one reason for the lack of care for the property. April 25, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 客室のチェックが不十分 全体的に部屋の細かいチェックが不十分であると感じた。(あくまで日本基準) トイレの照明が切れていても3日間こちらが指摘するまで気が付かず、修理もしていないなんて考えられない。 また指摘したらすぐ係員が来てくれたが、対処方法は単にシャワー室の電球を抜いてトイレの電球に交換しただけで、抜いたシャワー室の電球はチェックアウトまで取り外されたまま。 April 19, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight stay..we could have stayed longer We have great experience, the staffs are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are comfy and neat thou the shower head is a bit worn out. Nice bar with acoustic band and expat atmosphere. I'm glad to arrange an airport pick up as it is father than I expected. We only booked overnight as our flight arrived in the evening... but should have stayed longer. Will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend to our friends. April 14, 2016

The bathroom was especially in need of renovation - the fixtures, tiles, faucets, and towels all need replacement. I didn't even want to touch anything. The TV was especially hard to operate--the remote was not working properly and the selection of channels was poor. There was a disgusting stained mattress lying out in the hallway (see picture attached). Why should guests have to look at this sort of thing and wonder if they're sleeping on the same or worse? The Brazilian restaurant in this hotel is quite good, but overall I would not return to this property. April 13, 2016
