The room was nice, well equipped and clean. Short stay & was unable to use the pool & workout room, but nice options.
The staff was friendly & helpful. We were particularly happy with the young man who took us-at no additional cost- to the airport in the wee hours. His helpfulness & cheerful demeanor were a Great way to start an early day!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by birder Comfortable bed w/ dirty stained sheets not once but twice.
I took a shower and found the bathroom not to be as clean as I expected. Needed some repair work. The drain was not working and I found myself standing in water above my ankles. A masintenance man came and opened the drain. The sheets on the bed when turned back showed several 'brown' stains on them. A maid came and changed them, and when the bed was turned back it appeared as though somepone may have vomited on them. Once again they were changed. When she changed the bed sheets, everything was thrown on the floor #i.e. bed spread, pillows, blankets etc# instead of on the couch that was there. By the time we were able to get into bed, it was after 11 PM. As for the food, anything that would normally be served hot, was cold or room temperature. Anything that would normally be served chilled was room temperatue and this was right when they opened, not later on in the morning. We were the first into the breakfast area. All in all, not a happy experience. Definitely not what we are used to when we stay at other Holiday Inn properties.

I stay at the property quite often and the staff is great. There is a little airplane noise, but otherwise always great.

Located right next to the end of the runway, so I was awakened at 4:30 in the morning and again at 6:00am by Coast Guard C-130s doing run-ups. Work out room is pitiful, and breakfast buffet was nasty.

Our stay was great. We stayed at this hotel before and after our cruise. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
It was the only hotel in the area that would shuttle to both airports.
They did a great job shuttling (30 people) to and from both airports. The food in the lounge was great. Good prices also. We would stay again.

The staff at this hotel were great. Very friendly and helpful. The front desk and the lounge staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean and new. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool area were very nice. The only citicism I can offer is that the building lacks curb appeal from the road. But that really doesn't matter to me, it just made it a little tricky to find the first time.

The room, and property were very clean. The beds were large, and comfortable, and provided a great nights rest. On this trip we stayed in 4 hotels, and this one was easily the best.

Was traveling thru on a Business Trip. Hotel was close to many resturants and had a good workout facility. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

This hotel is my wife and my favorite - period. We try to visit this hotel each year. It is small enough to easily get around and the staff is pleasant.

The room was nice also clean.
Anything I needed the staff gladly provided BUT I ordered room service & the food was not good at all!!! One night went to the lounge to eat & could only get bar food.....no real meals.........the food was not so good again so needless to say I did not order anymore food from the hotel.
The pool would have be great but it was Oct when I was there, I am from the NE region, so till I was finished w my days work there was shade outback creating the pool to be very, very cold.....the hot tub was nice though.......

I've been taking and will continue taking some educational seminars in the area for about a year or so .
To me Holiday Inn has been a 'home away from home'.

I have stayed here twice. Both times for sports related stays. It is an updated hotel, relatively close to the ball fields. Everyone at the hotel was nice. Room was sufficiient for our needs. Rate was great. Food in the sports bar was good. My only criticism was that they didn't want our kids in the sports bar to play the games, which I think is unrealistic when they are in there to eat. Why wouldn't the kids want to play the games? That's what kids do. Other than that, I would recommend this Holiday Inn in Clearwater, and I have stayed at 3, and this would be the one I would choose again.

This was one of the best short stays I have had in some time. Everything was great, except the television did notwork. The frontdesk clerk tried his best to fix-it but it still did not work. Therefore, they awarded me a breakfast certificate for the inconvience. It was something that was not needed but he tried his best to make the stay comfortable. Thanks again.

Hotel and room was clean and looked very nice. The AC in my room kept going out throughout the night which caused the room to get hot. Informed the front desk at checkout and was given additional reward poins.
