the hotel location is great but lacks adequate parking, the staff were not very responsive and the rest of the experience was average. the exercise room was hot and had difficulty getting in it. just an overall bad experience. The breakfast at the attached restaurant was good.

The staff was wonderful and willing to help out with all of my families needs during our overnight stay. Not a real good part of town, but we did not have any issues.

Front desk staff just didn't care. I am a platinum member and not even greeted, and the person was trying very much to get rid of me, cause her ride was waiting outside.

Did not really feel like a member hotel. No continential breakfast and no 24-hour coffee bar. Staff failed to mention those issues upon check in. Room was clean and lines, pillows and bed were good. Hotel needs updated in common areas and ingress and egress were not very well marked.

I have stayed at this property multiple times prior and feel this property needs a complete renovation.
Items I found unsatisfactory .....
Bathroom sink drain very slow accumulated water quickly
TV Cable kept disconnecting poor or loose connection
King bed old very soft mattress with a valley
Room way over priced
Restaurant food average
Tap beer warm manager stated not to fix cooler going to remodel

I am fully aware of the 3pm check in time as I travel often. I arrived at the hotel at noon, I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. I asked her when is the earliest possible time I could check in given I had a wedding event to attend at 4pm. She told me the rooms were being cleaned and to return at 2pm, as a room should be clean by then. I went to run some errands then returned at 2:08. The receptionist looked in the system and then double checked with her supervisor Nicki. Nicki storms out and practically yelling at me, angrily tells me that check in isn’t until 3pm!!! I told her I am well aware of the check in time, however was told I could possibly check in at 2pm if rooms were clean. I was simply here to see if any rooms were available. Nicki tells me to come back at 3pm!! Nicki was extremely rude to me. I felt insulted. I visit Cleveland often, however I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again. I will not frequent a place that is discourteous to me.
