Overall my stay was exceptional. We used the shuttle service as well and everything was done in a timely manner , which I was impressed by. Our only complaint was that a food tray was left outside in the hallway over night. Also, we experienced a problem with our shower not draining and the staff was attentive and accomadated us by switching rooms

The room we reserved was listed as “QUEEN HEAR ACCESSIBLE ROLL IN SHWR SMOKE”. The room although wheel chair accessible did not have a roll in shower, just a standard tub. The room was in terrible condition.There was a huge red stain on the carpet. The window drapes were water stained. One of the lamp shades was water stained and had holes in it. There was not a full compliment of coffee service items in the room. The entire phone system was out of order. Every communication with the front desk required a trip to the lobby. By the time we left we found out that the phones had been out for at least 3 days. As we arrived Sunday evening we decided to eat at the attached restaurant. We walked in and waited a few minutes. No one greeted us. Apparently the only customers anyone cared about were drinking at the bar. We left without anyone even acknowledging we were there. Upon returning to your hotel, Monday evening, we found that the room had not been cleaned. The manager apologized for the issues and did give us a discount. We discussed the issues above. He told us that renovations were planned. Sadly for us, too little too late.

This place should be taken away from Holiday Inn. Had two rooms reservered the day before upon arriving had to wait for a front desk person to come up from the back where she was talking with coworker. Then she tried putting me in a different room smoking queen when i reserved a king with a pull out. never greeted as a priority club member, shuttle driver in moring to airport could of cared less when we left . just bad all around.

The hotel was ner my final destination and also the airport.
The room has a slight must smell but running the A/C helped.
Finding the main entrance to the hotel front desk was a challenge.
I would stay here again; I thought it was a good value.

The property is generally in decline. Many rooms visible from the outside that have dangling curtains; one door on the floor we stayed on has no locks and propped open with the safety latch.
While the room we stayed in was clean and maintained this facility doesn't measure up to other Holiday Inn properties and the per night room rate exceeded the value.

The telephones did not work. A/C unit was loud and not getting the job done. The shampoo bottle was half full. I am guessing it was the left-overs from the previous guest. The hotel has a up-for-sale/between owners feel.
