The room needs to be updated. The lobby and drive up area are poorly designed. The bar was great and the staff was super attentive and patient. The fitness area smelled badly and there was nobody in it when I started.

My hotel stay was most enjoyable and accommodating. The staff at every turn was friendly and helpful. As the organizer of a training seminar help in the hotel, I was more than satisfied with the support, service, and response to every detail related to my seminar needs and expectations. Lori, the hotel sales coordinator, was awesome to me as my contact and point person. Nothing went lacking.
The food was exceptional! Jason in the kitchen prepared some amazing food and coordinated the rest, whether breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. His food was better than I have had in many high-end hotels. Impressive!
The rest of the hotel staff were very attentive and engaged with our program needs, particularly, Jim, as he served our needs as shuttle driver, maintenance, local knowledge purveyor, and any other duties as may have been required.
The facilities as a whole are a bit "tired" but the entire hotel about to start a complete renovation overhaul -- when that is complete - I expect the hotel will warrant even higher marks and well deserved feedback accordingly.
I look forward to the opportunity to organize another training program at this hotel in the future!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Av8r915 Decent hotel
I stayed here for one night, before flying out of CLE the next day. The location was good and the staff were very nice and courteous. My only complaint was the old, outdated building the hotel located in. Everything about the building had an old feel, like a Holiday Inn from the early '80s, but with more modern carpeting, etc. The elevators worked fine, but were banged up with lots of scuffs, scratches, worn metal, etc. The pool was a nice amenity, but frozen in time, reminiscent of the Holiday Inns of old. The room was clean, but had a small bathroom with an inside swinging door, so space was limited. The blackout shades were very old and worn, with lots of holes, having duct tape on the reverse side, to cover some of the holes. All in all I had a decent stay and a good night sleep. It's just that this was one of the most outdated Holiday Inns I've stayed in
