Me & My wife stayed here for just a day what a customer service we had got was just splendid. I will recommend all my family & friends to visit this location if they are going to be in this town.
Specially the manager Mr. Sharma worked with us out of the way & offered us the very best service.

Spent the night en route to see our daughter. Very restful inn. We had a very good nights sleep. Staff was excellent upon check in and check out.
A couple of areas this Inn probably cannot do anything about, but finding the Inn was difficult. There are not any directional signs that we could find and the sign at the driveway is small and only visible from one direction. Inn is hidden by vegetation
Second there should be a way to get more regular coffee in the room as we do not use decaf and there were only 2 cups of regular. Yes, there is coffee in the lobby but that can be a long way away.
Otherwise the hotel was excellent.

We found the staff very helpful in giving directions to us for the various places we needed to go for the wedding reception and other places of interest in the area.

My son recently got married in the Clinton, NJ area and we "blocked" approximately 20 rooms for the wedding party and out of town guests. We visited and corresponded with the sales manager in January (June wedding) as we knew June was a busy wedding season. We expressed concern with the check-in time of 3pm. A trolley was picking up our guests at 2:45pm. We were promised 2 rooms for a 1pm check-in. We understand their policy and decided a "work around" would be if the families would book a few rooms Friday night and early guests would be able to use those rooms to change/fresh up. What we heard from guests (family was at the wedding site) was everything we did NOT want to happen, happened. Guests told us the line was so long that you could not even get to the front desk to inquire about anything. So, our 5 rooms could not be used, I believe 1 family was able to get 1 of the 2 promised early check in rooms. Women were getting changed in the bathroom off the lobby. Supposedly, there was only 1 person at the front desk and there were several wedding blocks. The sales manager, who I had worked closely with was there and never knew there was a problem? How does that happen? We did everything we were asked to do,-the front desk had a list of potential guests who might want to use our rooms for changing, etc. POOR management from the top down. We did pay for an after party and that went very well. There is another hotel close by, and I would suggest you check it out. We had, but chose Holiday Inn because of the bar.

The Clinton-Bridgewater Holiday Inn Express was a nice place to stay. We were in New Jersey for a wedding. It was convenient to the wedding venue. The service was great. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Linens were clean and the room had a fresh scent the entire two nights of our stay.
We would recommend this hotel to everyone!
