We stayed in this hotel 23rd and 24th of April 2013
The Hotel is Prime located Good ambiance the room also good
But the system of maintaining the hotel is not proper way
We booked a House boat from this hotel they Charged 10,000 for the Boat but the boat is not worth of it
We exchanged the key card 4 times due to non functioning
The front office staff also not friendly

It was my second stay and I am again delighted with the overall experience. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The staff's care and warmth were really genuine. The food is nice too! The location is ideal for both business and leisure traveler. Overall, great experience!

Would have been great if the chefs were more informed about the ingrediatnts of the food and not take the customer for granted. Clear de-marking of food services for veg and non-veg food types including the Bread dishes such as muffins and other sweets or cakes.
The one thing that put me off as I am a vegetarian and some food contained egg , when asked the chef , he simply said there is no egg , having confirmed twice from him I started eating and later on enquiring again from a diffrent chef he said it contained egg. It was the worst thing to happen and just not to make a issue i just did not want him reported as the day was an special ocassion for me.
Hope this would not happen in future as a hotel of your repute.

In room dining service has to be improved. It tool fourty five minutes to serve a cup of Tea.
Housekeeping also requires to be improved. There was no dental kit in my room in my last stay. I thought the second day they will provide but has not been done.

We made use of the complimentary stay voucher that came along with our priority plus membership to stay at Holiday Inn Kochi. It was indeed a comfortable stay and made our wedding anniversary memorable. More than anything else, we love the staff and the way they make their guests comfortable. We have dined at your restaurants innumerable times and always find it a refreshing experience. Thank you for the awesome service. Looking forward to visit you more often.
