Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by I ever had such bad experience The service was very bad with respect to communication in terms of food tariff. I was committed with a package for breakfast and one meal during my reservation (around 3 weeks ago on the stay date) , however this was not noted anywhere and when I reached the hotel then all end up in chaos. My stay was for 14th and 15th Jan , One lady , named Nirupama called me on 14th night and offered me the package saying Rs 1300/- + tax for breakfast and one meal, however on split basis it will be 500 + tax for breakfast and 800/- + tax for Meal. While she offered ,14th was already late to have dinner and we had dinner outside. We had breakfast on 15th morning but we skipped the dinner in 15th as it was too late while we reached hotel. While checking out I see the bill has 2 dinners added and I was shocked to see that. When I explained the receptionist that we didnt have dinner he softly deducted the amount. I paid and took the taxi and left. Within 15 minutes got a call from a lady named Nirupama asking about the dinner charges not paid. I explained the whole. But she ended saying I checked out without paying the dinner charges in a rough tone, as if I am a thief there which sound very vulgar to me. Whole my stay and pleasure vanished in a moment . I was really disappointed to hear from her such a statement which I never have gone through. I would expect holiday inn management to coach , mentor and take action on such people , especially in terms of maintaining a good customer relationship. Thanks, Syama January 19, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good rooms and good access. This is a good property and located on the sides of the National Highway. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have a nice large lobby with adequate seating for visitors. The entire team of staff are very good. Food quality is slightly below average. Since food quality affects the rating, I rate this hotel as 'Average' January 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel Everything was perfect. Staff were friendly and provided good service. Only criticism I have is that the use of Jacuzzi is separated by gender. Male and female are separated. not of any use if you are staying as a couple. Maybe hotel should rethink on this policy. January 14, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent as usual I am extremely happy during my short stay this time too. Although it was a short stay, my family enjoyed the stay as usual. We had a comfortable stay and excellent food. There was one issue with mobile phone coverage. I could not get 3G connection anywhere in the hotel (whether lobby or room etc). In room, it was difficult even to make mobile calls. This needs to be looked into. January 10, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good staff but bad rooms Staff are excellant but the room which were given to me were horrendous. Tap issues on Day 1 to begin with and foul smell from the toilets. Not the best day with my family considering how far we traveled to reach this hotel. I am sorry to say but I do not recommend this property. January 8, 2015
