Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, relaxing stay The entire staff, from reception desk to housekeeping, was friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. My room was very clean and comfortable. I slept like the dead when I'm normally an insomniac. I ate at the restaurant and the waitress was very attentive. Food was good and reasonably priced. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wondeful Upgrades The rooms at the Holiday Inn in Cody do not disappoint. The recent upgrades they've made make for a room with a comfortable atmoshpere, temperature and accomodations. The only thing I was displeased with was the bathroom floor having several strands of hair on it. A bit of an oversight on the cleaning crews part but something I can see easily happening. Overall I give this hotel a definite thumbs up! January 11, 2016

I would like to visit Cody again and would stay in this hotel. We went to the buffalo bill Cody museum. The location was easy and the employees were happy to see us when we walked in the door. The greatest asset was the friendliness and assistance in the total hotel/restaurant experience. The rooms were clean and up to date furnishings. the bathrooms was were superiod waith all the amenities needed. The restaurant provided superior, delicious food at a good price. The service was top, as all the personnel were gracious and professional. December 15, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not the usual HI I stay at IHG about 10 times a month, I am always upgraded when asked, your hotel was 30% full and I was told no upgrades were available. When I made my reservation I was told not to worry I would be upgraded! Someone didn't tell the truth. All other IHG hotels offer me a choice of points or something else, of course, I wasn't offered that. The rooms were either hot or cold, the Internet was hit or miss, not a place for a business traveler! December 2, 2015
