They employees made me feel welcome and I felt like I was receiving special treatment being put on the "executive floor" with complimentary wifi. My bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by the worst experience I purchased the weekend package, because I want a weekend in Atlanta with friends coming in from Kansas. I have been in several Holiday Inn through out the country and this was clearly the worst. My weekend package included breakfast and parking for two. each day i had to argue with the front desk about breakfast coupon from some reason it didn't show their computer. Also my friend was driving in from South Carolina and she had the car and they refuse her parking we had to argue about that. On Sunday we went down for breakfast at 10:30 sign stated breakfast was for Sat - Sun 0700 - 1100 and they close at 10:30. The only people was nice was the shuttle bus drivers. FYI my bill show the weekend package and they charge me for it. will never go to this holiday again. May 23, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice, but very brief stay. Our stay here was pleasant enough, but very brief. Our plane arrived at Atlanta near midnight, so didn't get checked in until late. Had to be in Columbus (Fort Benning) early next morning, so slept about three hours and checked out. We didn't get to use any of the hotel's amenities, other than beds, pillows and shower. Those were all fine. May 11, 2016
