Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convinient but noisy The hotel is at the end of one of the runways hence very convinient to get to the domestic terminal (not as convinient for international) but also very noisy. The rooms are clean and tidy but the restaurant is closed after 11 and there is no chance of getting food except for a take away pizza delivery external to the hotel. Staff is nice enough but they don't get out of their way to help. Overall an average stay November 18, 2014

I was not sure it was limited or unlimited breakfast which was not said by the serving staff either. So i had only limited type. It would have been nice they had given some details about it. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay I have stayed at this property on several occasions. the shuttle is fast and efficient, close to the airport. This is a full service hotel with all the amenities. The burger bar offers good food at a reasonable price. Breakfast is not included but the buffet is more than adequate with lots of options. As a veteran traveler I recommend this location. Everything you need in one location. There are other hotels close by but very limited options within walking distance. November 14, 2014

I have never experienced this before, especially in this type of an area (open space, not congested or downtown area). Very disappointing! We were also rudely interrupted by the maid wanting to clean our room at 8:30 a.m., barely knocking before she entered with her key. Not the usual Holiday Inn experience. November 5, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mostly Great Overall This was the first time I stayed at this location and I have to say that this was overall a great experience. The restaurant staff was great! I was exhausted after a long travel work week and they took care of me and definitely made me feel welcome. The food was also really good and definitely one of the top hotel restaurants I've eaten in. Another perk was the shuttle to the airport. I ended up deciding to drop off my rental car early because of it which was nice and saved me some time. For the most part the staff was great! My only issue was at check-in with the staff member that made a point of saying how "she could still do this" and gave me a hard time during all of check in. I was not recognized as a rewards member(which normally does not bother me) but it was all the followup comments I received when I asked questions pertaining to status. I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn where the parking was waived as a Gold Elite member so I was curious if the same policy applied. When I asked this question, the person at the front desk told me that no one gets any special treatment and they don't do anything for their members. Any time I went near the front desk during my stay, she would make a comment about my status and not only did it make me uncomfortable but I feel like the other staffers seemed uncomfortable as well. She also made a comment after she had printed the paperwork and set up the key cards that I was already set up and the stuff was "probably already printed" but that it wasn't worth checking to see. While I would stay at this property again, thanks to the other fabulous staff members there, I would not check in unless I knew it would be a different staff member. November 3, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fine Hotel - Bad Location and Shuttle The interior, rooms and food at this hotel are fine. The fitness center had some broken items, but generally okay. Just DON"T stay here if you have a meeting at the GICC. It is very inconvenient to get to the GICC. It is also inconvenient to get to the MARTA. You need to catch one of the periodic shuttles back to the airport to do either. November 3, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 10/28/14 Stay Room was clean (except for crumbs in chair) and quiet. However, web page for the hotel currently says "4 station gym" as part of the workout room equipment. There is no gym machine and the spot on the floor where it was is now occupied by the free weight rack so I suspect it's been gone for a while. How difficult is it to keep the web page updated? I was also amazed that there was no free coffee in the lobby in the morning #one could, of course, purchase some#. $6 for parking also struck me as high, given all of the open land around the hotel. Likewise, no vending machines - just $2 cans of soda in the lobby. This is the first time I've been disappointed in an IHG property. I cannot recommend this one. November 2, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Quiet, comfortable room and cosy bed Although we only used the guest room for a 'stopover' we were very pleased with our choice of this hotel. The room was spacious and quiet and the bed extremely comfortable. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel airport shuttle was prompt and efficient. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very welcoming As a former hospitality employee, I tend to have pretty high expectations. That being said, I found this property to be clean and inviting. The restricted parking and card key access to use the elevator made me feel a little safer. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and with the exception of one of the bartenders, they were very attentive to my needs. The rooms are a nice size with updated furnishings. And I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom has a stand up shower instead of the usual bath tub. I would definitely recommend this hotel. October 13, 2014
