Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by best front desk staff in a Holiday Inn I have been staying at this location on business--sometimes 2 weeks at a time--since 2009. The hotel has steadily upgraded its rooms and common areas. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming and are quick to address any problem. The only downside is the restaurant: it's a pretty standard mid-range hotel restaurant at best. But of course its convenience is sometimes the winning ticket. Plenty of other places just a 5-minute walk across the parking lot and street if you tire of the in-hotel restaurant's limited menu and relatively high prices. November 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Accomodations Very nice people all around. We were greeted in a friendly manner, though it would be nice to have been helped with our luggage. A complimentary breakfast, not just a 15% discount would be more inviting. Also, the AARP rate should be more considerate of seniors. November 12, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unsatisfied Guest When I got to the hotel, the lady (first name starts with a N) attending to me was playing with her cell phone. She only said, "Credit card and ID," my room wasn't ready so i was given a room that the bed was small and there wasn't any apologies for the inconvenience. Because I am a new guest that has never been to the hotel, I wasn't given proper direction, all what she said was you are in tower 1, your room is in tower 2, use the elevator. I walked around frustrated and couldn't find where my room was. Another sweet lady who worked at the hotel told me exactly where to go and questioned me if I was alright and that she apologized for the inconvenience they may have caused. November 10, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I expected I stay at IHG properties all over the country and this one was not like the others. It was very hard to check in with several guests in the lobby - along with tables and chairs?? The building has 2 separate 'towers' which makes the facility hard to navigate if you are far off from the front desk. It was even recommended that I drive around to the back of the building to after I checked in to get to my room. The main gathering room and subsequent hallways and carpets were red and green - as in Christmas colors! This was by far the most poorly decorated IHG property I have ever stayed at. 2 staff were upfront and the one that checked me in was very nice, the other was 'manning the phones' so the process was slow. The room had the older style AC units, and with those you are either warm or freezing. Just not very impressed at all. November 10, 2014
