Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Much better than expected I have avoided HI properties for many years due to bad past experiences. However, the training course I was attending was being held in the hotel so I decided to take the chance, especially because I had never stayed at this location before. I was pleasantly surprised. I actually have no negative comments about my stay. The building itself is not new but there is no signs of its age. The exterior and grounds are well maintained and the interior appears new and modern. The room was clean, comfortable and well set out. The staff were attentive, very friendly, and genuinely helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends visiting the area. November 22, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sorry we were not impressed WE have stayed with you at this hotel many times since our daughter started going to UMD. We have always been so happy and thus why we ALWAYS return. BUT THIS trip was different. Staying in the LL area was so depressing. Thank G-d we were gone mostly. I felt like I was staying in my parent's basement. Being an IHG Rewards Member I would think I would not have to stay in the basement. The elevator was like a moving company elevator in that it was disgusting. We will think twice about booking with you again after this last experience. I know that I can go to Greenbelt's Holiday inn and get a better room. Sorry to be so negative but we were not happy this last trip. November 19, 2014

The Holiday Inn was close by and we got a really reasonable price. Room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again. November 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by best front desk staff in a Holiday Inn I have been staying at this location on business--sometimes 2 weeks at a time--since 2009. The hotel has steadily upgraded its rooms and common areas. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming and are quick to address any problem. The only downside is the restaurant: it's a pretty standard mid-range hotel restaurant at best. But of course its convenience is sometimes the winning ticket. Plenty of other places just a 5-minute walk across the parking lot and street if you tire of the in-hotel restaurant's limited menu and relatively high prices. November 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Accomodations Very nice people all around. We were greeted in a friendly manner, though it would be nice to have been helped with our luggage. A complimentary breakfast, not just a 15% discount would be more inviting. Also, the AARP rate should be more considerate of seniors. November 12, 2014
