Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by awoken twice during the late night, accused of being in the wrong room after travelling all day, my wife and I were awoken twice during the late night, to someone opening the door with key, then he returned an hour later, beating on the door, accusing us of being in the wrong room by someone appearing to be of customer service staff, wearing sun glasses at midnight? I had made reservation early afternoon for a late arrival. This is a common hotel for my typical Richmond stay. I may find another. May 2, 2015
