Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Guest Services The hotel is very nice and guest services from the front desk manager (Dex) were exceptional. He knows how to make every guest feel important and cared about. The facilities were clean but housekeeping is very slow to respond to requests for any service or extra towels. Everything is modern and up to date and the rooms have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker which is very nice. We ate in the restaurant several times due to the weather being very cold and the food was average to good but the restaurant service is terrible. Overall the experience was a positive one.
