Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super employees We were treated courteously and kindly and efficiently. My husband and I are old and beginning to look a bit frail, and the staff made every effort to assist us during our stay. We were offered help with our bags at checkin, seated quickly when we went into the dining room, and we were even helped with our little overnight bags when we left the next morning. We had one slight problem, which was resolved quickly and in a better fashion than I would have anticipated. April 18, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight stay was not what I expected My stay at this hotel made me feel like I was again living in a dorm room. There was a constant noise of people yelling and doors slamming well into the night. Also, when trying to use the Wi-Fi , I had issues getting it to work. When I asked the desk attendant about it, all I got was that his phone works well on the system and that he is using it. That was not what I asked for. I gave up with him as he had no idea how to deal with this. When I travel through the area again, I will not stay at this hotel again. April 16, 2015

I did not get my wake up call although the operator said that I was called twice. My phone was replaced and I did get my wake up call at the right time. Getting a USA today newspaper is a good service for your clients. Hot breakfast food in the morning is also a bonus. Having a discount in association with pamplin Park is the major reason why I stay here. April 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional Service and Comfort This is one of the best Holiday Inn hotels I have stayed in. The customer service was great. I had to make some changes in my arrival by phone. When I arrived the desk clerk remembered our conversation and had already updated my check in. I also changed my payment method mid-way through my stay and that was accomplished with no problems. The restaurant staff was very friendly and remembered my preferences during my stay. The beds were very comfortable and I love having my choice of pillows (firm or soft). April 4, 2015
