Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible stay I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in recent years. Had there been another option available in the area for my dates, I would have changed hotels. I spoke with management with no success and even contacted the franchise corporation through their website but it took two attempts to hear from anyone. The housekeeping department is severely understaffed making it impossible for them to keep up with the amount of work. So many people check-in and out each day that the guests who stay multiple days are neglected. Most days I had to ask multiple times for towels before I could actually get them. When a guest requests towels, chances are we are wanting to take a bath/shower. Instead, we had to wait for hours to get them. The hotel stinks like raw sewage, and there is NO water pressure in the bathroom. I was completely dissatisfied with my service there. I can guarantee that anyone who stays here does not want to return - many in our group has stated they would not stay here again.Somewhere customer service has gone by the wayside. September 29, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ft Lee HDI This is a older Holiday in that is in need of some needed updating. The odor of sewage on the floor I stayed in was overpowering. The room was not very clean feeling. Plenty of hot water though. Noisy HVAC system makes it very difficult to sleep ,due to the room vibrating and constant drone of fan running. September 28, 2015

I had to verify my direct contact with staff in making my reservations. It was through my persistence that my reservation was found and it was incorrect. I had to insist upon my confirmation to be acknowledge. Upon arrival the staff person was very accommodating and there were no further problems. September 17, 2015

Really miss not having a continental breakfast available. I don't have time to sit down in a restaurant and order (and pay) for a breakfast. I just want something quick and simple. And coffee.
