Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience We booked at the Colorado Springs Airport Holiday Inn because of the location and the cost. We arrived in a snow storm with a rental car. We were greeted promptly at the desk and our rooms were ready. I planned to return the rental car to the airport and then just take the shuttle back to the airport in the morning. Due to the intense storm the shuttle bus driver did not come in. The desk clerk arranged for me to get a shuttle bus from another hotel to return me to the hotel, but he would not be starting for an hour. Shortly after that , the front desk person informed me that that driver was not coming in due to e storm either. The front desk person said that ai could return the car and then take a cab back to the hotel and they would pay the driver. I did this and was appreciative. We were really stuck at the hotel, so we went to the bar. Service was excellent and beverages were plentiful and a good choice. We also ate dinner there. The selections was good and the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable. It was apparent that other employees could not get in as employees were doing more that none job. In the morning we took a shuttle back to the airport and ended our adventure. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful..especially when many things did not go according to schedule. The hotel was completely satisfactory, clean and up to date with modern conveniences. We would certainly stay there again when in the area needing s excellent hotel next to the airport. March 4, 2015

I honestly cannot think of any downside. I need to add that the Sports Grill on the premises is excellent. March 3, 2015

This time I selected it to host one of trainings and the staff gave me the best service I have ever received at Holiday inn before. I will definetly go back and suggest it to whoever wants to use their facility as a meeting or training site. February 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Another Awesome Night We again stopped in for the night on our way back home from Denver. This has to be the most friendliest staff at any hotel I’ve stayed at in the past 40 years! We woke up early to 3+ inches of snow and as I went to warm up the car the sidewalk was being shoveled right to my door. The hotel was VERY clean and the food in the on-site restaurant was superb! I am very confident if I had any problems with my stay they would be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. We will stop back here when we pass through again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very nice hotel We were only here for a few "awake" hours, but enjoyed a great nights sleep, after a cocktail, and the wonderful bedding provided ! The gentlemen on the desk staff were both ( p.m. and a.m. guys !) awesome, and made our stay very comfortable. We appreciate the caring that they both showed for any of our concerns/needs. The airport shuttle was a need that brought us to this hotel to stay, and we were very happy with our choice. We will definitely stay here in the future, as we will be visiting the area often !
