Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by excellent service My stay was an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly , the facility was well kept. My wife and I slept comfortable , the noise was very minimal. We were centrally located to everything we wanted to access. After evenings out we felt safe coming on to the premises ,it was well lit and card only access. February 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I pre-purchased the room in advance online a week prior to my stay. A winter storm arrived the day before my stay so I called asking about cancellation. The front desk clerk was cordial and stated only the GM could cancel this reservation and he would have her call me when she returned. Never heard from her. The property and staff are tip-top this my second stay will be in Columbia for business next several months will stay here every time. I am a typical Courtyard, Wingate, Fairfield customer. Very pleased with this location and staff Clean building, Clean room very comfortable fresh no hotel odors, very quiet, Open parking arrived late and still able to park close to a door all around well designed Restaurant staff very courteous and helpful Restaurant little over priced and not that great, but plenty of food near by February 18, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Stay EVER Entire staff is unprofessional from the general manager to housekeeping. I selected this hotel due to its location from the venue that I attended over the weekend. Secondly because of it's easy access off of Interstate 77. Room cleanliness was horrible due to being charged a sustainable fee from former guests. The towels were tough. Housekeeping was rude and did not accomodate. Front desk is unprofessional. THE GENERAL MANAGER! As a female professional, I would expect so much more. Her management skills are a true reflection of her team. No issues or accommodations are held with a sense of urgency. What is she there for? I would assume to make the schedule for employees and ensure that the food is fresh otherwise THE GENERAL MANAGER is useless. I would NEVER elect an overnight stay at this location nor any of the IHG properties. February 12, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Hotel For starters this Hotel charged my credit card with my knowledge 24 hours BEFORE check in! I was upset about this! Spoke to the hotel general manager and only offered a 10% off discount for this headache! When we arrived to check into our hotel rooms late Saturday night around 1AM. The rooms we booked were incorrect. We then had to wait for the front desk clerk find rooms that were available! Once we officially checked in the hotels toilet did not work! I was too tired to even inform the front desk! Figured that would take another 20 minutes for her to find a hotel room available. Early Sunday morning I was awoken by house keeping even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door. OVERALL I will NEVER stay at this hotel nor would I recommend it! February 12, 2015
