During this stay I rented 3 rooms and from the moment my family started the check in process, each and every staff member was superb!!! Everyone was extremely polite and curteous. Thanks for a great stay!!

Expected better based on prior experience at other holiday inns. Poor quality food exacerbated by use of microwave at dinner. Service was appallingly slow in the restaurant.
B'fast staff friendly and helpful as were the front desk. Overall, could do alot better for the money.

I got a room at the holiday inn for 2 nights. I had spent the first night and had a wonderful stay. The 2nd night I left at 5 in the afternoon and did not return to my room until around 9 am the next day to pick up my bags. I spent about 15 minutes in the room. I checked out and when I checked my bank account I found they charged me and extra 200$. When I checked with them I found out they charged me a 200$ smoking fee. I have never smoked. And if I did I did not have enough time fo have a smoked fill room. I went to the manger and told her to check the cameras because if some one was smoking it wasn't me. I called the home office and they were no help. I'm very disappointed and will seek legal help.

Nicole in the restraunt is a great person she has a great smile and good personality she makes you feel very welcomed. She should be employee of the year she is what all IHG employees should emulate.

This is my go-to location when staying in Columbia. The staff is ALWAYS kind and welcoming. We were able to check-in quickly and we received a goodie bag for being a IHG member.
During this stay, we did have a small issue with our television. After a call to the front desk, someone was at our door to remedy the problem in less than a minute. This was a small hiccup, as the warm welcome made the difference and set the tone for a good stay.
I look forward to staying again!

I would have given more 5s had the desk clerk who checked us in been more friendly and welcoming. She did not exhibit the IHG culture and customer care that we were accustomed to. We are Spire Elite members in which we chosed to use our points for the stay. We asked about breakfast vouchers and she refused to give them to us because we were using points for the stay. She did not give us the choice of the goody bag or points either. She did not acknowledge us as IHG Club members at all. In fact it felt like she punished us for using our points. The next day the other desk clerk took care of us which made us feel like there was some degree of service recovery. I just hope that management stops her from treating customers this way sooner than later. Our stay was just Ok because of this.

My wife and I have been traveling to Columbia for years to visit family. This is now our go to place to stay! Restaurant and Lounge on the premises and close to the downtown area. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
