Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable We stayed 3 nights while in town for a track meet. I thought the room was extremely clean and well kept. The A/C worked awesome which is always important to me! I asked for extra pillows due to back pain. The pillows were delivered before we even got the luggage into the room. We had a group rate for my son's high school track team. I thought the price was very reasonable. We had a great trip. April 15, 2015

I guess some locations can be better than others. for a short stay it was good hotel. never got a bill at check out, maybe due to using points for this stay. did not notice any benefits from being platinum member. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to stay Except for One Front Desk Worker All the staff was very friendly except one guy that worked night shift he acted like he didn't want to help if you had a question he acted like you were bothering him him you asked him anything but overall my stay was great and everything was very lovely the other staff was awesome and would stay here again. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Broken Garden Tub We recently booked a romantic stay here. Our first room smelled of cigarettes and the attendant very willingly moved our room. The room we were moved to was great. However, I went to use the garden tub and could not get it to turn on. This was the WHOLE REASON we booked the king suite!! We called down for them to help and they kindly explained, but it didn't work. They did ask if we would like a service member to come up, but the bath is full, the mood is set and when your up to your chin in bubbles, who wants to let some service guy in...??? If you request one; check the tub BEFORE you fill it up and get in! Staff; PLEASE if you have a guest specifically ask for a garden tub, MAKE SURE ITS IN WORKING ORDER. April 12, 2015
