Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by the best and worst of a good night Must say a very impressive facility. Quiet,clean,and comfortable room. Check in with ten minutes left in Steeler playoff football game. I was hoping to catch the last three minutes of play in bar. Disappointed that bartender said she was closing and would not turn on TV. OK I get that, so I rushed up to room to watch on room TV. Found out two room keys didn't work. After 25 minutes at front desk it was determined the first room was already occupied.Finally settled in,game over. Great deal,nice place,needs friendly competent staff.Giddy up. January 8, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome experience! I stayed at this location on November 25, 2014 and from check-in to check-out, my experience was nothing short of pleasant! The staff was friendly and went beyond to assist me. The grounds were beautifully kept and the appearance of the hotel lobby made me feel comfortable that the hotel was well kept, updated and clean. My room was comfortable, clean and very attractive and the bed was comfortable. I did not have the opportunity to dine, however the morning staff was very pleasant as well! My overall stay was a pleasant one and if in the area again, I would choose this hotel as my place to stay! December 7, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great bed - service at front desk should have more responsibility. Great hotel - do not stay over a holiday weekend. My experience - and I have stayed at many hotels - very disappointed in no room service after 12 noon on Thanksgiving - the rate should go down on that day if no service is to be provided. The first day was okay - even though I received a knock on the door after I had put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Front desk person - upon arrival, was very nice - after the holiday all went downhill!! December 2, 2014
