Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor staff Staff at the Columbia MO Holiday INN is in desperate need of training. Front desk staff are not familiar with systems and need customer service training. The cleaning staff also need some supervision as our room was unclean. Overall the hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. October 1, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LATE NIGHT, GREAT SLEEP After a drive from St. Louis we looked forward to a good nights sleep. That is exactly what we got. When we checked in Jason, the night auditor was busy with several others. He thanked us numerous times for our patience and when it was finally our turn he again apologized, dealt with the paperwork and surprised us with an upgrade that made our evening. The buffet the next morning was exceptional. We only wished we had more time to spend at the hotel but the schedule wouldn't permit. If you get a chance stay here! September 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by An excellent stay I travel frequently for work and often stay in IHG hotels. This was my first stay at the Holiday Inn Executive Center but will not be my last. I was VERY pleased with how clean the room was when I checked in. I often find little things that housekeeping missed when I arrive at a hotel, but not here! Everything, and I mean everything was clean and in order. I ate breakfast at the sports zone there at the hotel as well as lunch, and was very impressed with the staff as well as the food. Overall,an excellent stay and I WILL be back to stay here again. September 21, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Executive area wasn't special We booked executive rooms, but we found the extra expense wasn't offset by special features. The regular rooms (used by members of our party) seemed as well equipped but a bit smaller. The breakfast buffet (provided with the room) was excellent. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The free drink tickets were for beer and wine, not mixed drinks that one would expect for an executive room. In our case, the bartender seemed lackadaisical. The worst feature was the doors slamming in the executive suite and loud conversations in the hallway. The doors should close quietly. People should be told not to gather for conversations until outside the executive section. We met one manager, and if he is representative of your executive staff, the hotel is in good hands. If I stayed again, I wouldn't upgrade to the executive section. September 15, 2015
