Overall a good experience, but the check-in took entirely too long. There was a very nice lady and man at the front counters, but another lady was not so nice. No greeting, just walked away after (I assume) having it out with the other two. They had to wait to get us another room since someone else was inexplicably already in our reserved room.
When we got to our new room, it had two full-size beds not Queen as we thought. But the front desk tried to take care of things by getting us a rollaway bed.
We stayed for two nights. The first night was fine, but the next day there was no internet for about 12 hours. That same woman who walked away from the front desk the night before was walking toward the lobby so I asked her about the internet. She blamed it on a problem two hours away, and again just walked away. I was very surprised that the "Executive Center" did not have a backup plan for internet use.
We loved the warm pool, but left a pair of goggles that first morning. We didn't realized it until we were checking out the next day, but by that point they were not in the pool area. I asked at the front desk, but they had nothing turned in. When I called back on Monday morning, they connected me to Housekeeping. I left a detailed message asking them to call me back, but no one has. Again, I scoff at the term "Executive Center".

Hotel was just as expected. With Holiday Inn, you know you will get what you expect, each stay.

I loved seeing the basket awaiting me in my room with a robe, slippers and other amenities that are specifically meant to appeal to the female traveler! Being on the road so much, it's nice to know that a hotel appreciates our business and understands what's important to us.
