Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great as always Great as always. My only issue is when you get off the elevator, there is a pronounced drop in the floor about 6 inches out of the elevator, and it is not marked. Very difficult for someone that was not expecting it. February 8, 2014

The rooms were very clean and I was impressed with the Level of service I receieved over all. I was however a bit disturbed by the loudness of the guests in the lobby. I am not a stuffy person but it was a bit overwhelming. December 23, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay When I made these reservations, there was only suppose to be my husband and I. At the last minute my grandson decided to come with us and I failed to call and change my reservation - but there was no problem at all - I asked for a roll away bed and instead they upgraded me to a suite which was awesome for us and especially my 17 year old grandson. Everything about the room was awesome and all staff that we encountered were very helpful, friendly, polite. The breakfast at the restaurant was one of the best I have had in a long time - it was hot when served. Our waitress Sheryl was so great - HI should be glad they have such a great employee. In all, hope to stay there next year when we come back for another Mizzou football game! December 10, 2013

The young man at the front desk was personable and helpful, and even gave us a discount coupon for the restaurant, which we used at breakfast the next morning. My son and his fiancee enjoyed the hot tub; it helped take out the kinks from driving all day. Our room was immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and would recommend it highly to any and all travelers. November 29, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Staff I was in Columbia for a business meeting. The hotel is very nice and comfortable, but the best thing was the staff. Everyone I met was very friendly and went out of their way to be of service. The front desk, the wait staff in the restaurant and bar, the cleaning staff on the floor were all great. Whoever trained and manages them does a wonderful job of picking warm and outgoing people.. November 25, 2013

The only trouble I had the Bartender double charged me, I paid cash and he charged my room as well. I didn't catch it until I got home. November 25, 2013
