Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable The heat in the room was malfunctioning during our stay, which had the room at 83 degrees at the point I realized the issue. I called the front desk, but their only remedy was to switch rooms despite the fact that we had already settled it. The floor hvac unit too hot to even touch, and despite me turning it completely off, it was still 78 in the room the next morning. I was promised a call from the manager later that day to adjust the bill, but I never received any contact. April 14, 2015

No change from a year ago when I stayed in the same hotel. I would not have picked this facility, I was attending a function with friends who chose this hotel. April 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff The room was clean through out and updated with comfortable bed and pillows. The combination heater and air conditioner was very noisy and lower the overall satisfaction with the hotel. The drapes did not close out street lighting or I just couldn't figure out how to close them. I liked the convenience of the breakfast and the bar. I've stayed at this hotel occasionally since it was built and the place has been maintained and the staff has been excellent. I'll be back. April 6, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk service Front Desk person was not allowed to accept my payment they needed to call a manager & I had problem paying cash for my room, from the time I checked in till the time I checked out. No on knew how to do it & they told me they were not allowed. I never had a problem at any Holiday Inn before when I paid cash for my stay except at this hotel in Ohio. April 4, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by NO WATER Not very happy that hotel did not have water for almost two days. Was not notified in advance. Hotel did not offer compensation , I had to ask and haggle for compensation. I'm not sure if I will be back. April 2, 2015
