Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs lots of work Aging, poor property. Our group had 4 rooms, 2 of us has numerous bites from insects, also 2 had faulty air conditioners. Room never cooled off and the windows couldn't be open for cool fresh air. Kind staff. July 18, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff I came to Columbus for a conference. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the conference center, but we used the conference's shuttle service so we had no issues. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the wait staff in the hotel restaurant. Rooms were clean (especially beds and bathrooms). There is a hotel pool and fitness center available, although I did not use either of these. I found the bed to be a little firm for me (I like my pillow top mattress at home!). The bathroom and linens were very clean. The only thing I was missing was a list of TV channels; it was a little annoying to flip through each channel to figure out what was on. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone I know staying in the area, and would return to this hotel if I am ever back in Columbus for a conference. July 18, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointed! My experience began with a dirty towel being left in the bathroom. The room was muggy and I immediately turned the air conditioner higher. Though I had it on 63 degrees, it never really cooled down. The bathroom was small and the shower left a lot of room for improvement. At the cost, I expected much more. July 17, 2014
