Vicki and Sharon were excellent Front desk help. I called stressing about my stay because I was going to have a very late check in. They both assured me that I would have my room that it would not be canceled. Upon arrival everyone was very nice. I was able to met Sharon and thank her personally and asked her to thank Vicki for me. Will definitely recommend staying here.

The room was find and the front desk staff on the evening shift were very nice. My only concerned was the phone was not working in my room which cost me money buying breakfast. I tried to call the front desk to inquire about breakfast but could not get through. I was not aware the a hot breakfast was served every morning.

Visiting from NYC for my nephew graduation from Ft. Benning. Hotels was clean n quiet n close to everything including the peach tree mall all restaurants n fast food chains and is super close to the highway.

Shower was a small trickle and barely warm. The heating and cooling systems was noisy and erratic. Old property that needs lots of renovations.

I have stayed at this property several times, for work and visiting our son at CSU. On this visit, we had several problems with our room. Prior to arriving, someone with housekeeping unplugged the refrigerator. We had went to dinner and had brought some back for the next day. I put the food containers in the fridge and I know it was cold. Through the night, the fridge had thawed out and the ice buildup in the freeze (mini fridge, and apparently needed this - but not on a night that it was going to be occupied!) had melted and ran out all over the carpet. We had a few pieces of clothing that were lying on the floor near the fridge that were soaked and smelled bad from it. The air in the room was not working up to par and was not very comfortable. Our bath drain was slow and water backed up a little bit also.
I spoke with the office staff the next morning and expressed to them my dissatisfaction with everything that had gone on. They asked me what I wanted for compensation. I plainly felt that I deserved a free night on a return trip and requested that. I was told that my information would be given to management and I asked t be contacted if there were any questions.
I am returning tomorrow and I called to speak with management. I left a message with what I was calling about and I waited all day to be contacted. I never heard a thing. I feel that the management dropped the ball in the first place with the room the way it was when we were placed in it. Secondly, with not contacting me about all the problems we did have. And thirdly for not contacting me today to discuss the compensation that I feel is deserved.
Adding insult to injury... I did not receive bonus points that were paid for. I had to call IHG customer service to receive those points on my own time. I would have been ripped off if I had not realized the points were not properly provided to my account.

I stayed for four days. The staff was very polite and accommodating. My room was very large and clean. Great amenities and good location.
