Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by staff was friendly the staff was very friendly, but the room was not very clean or comfortable. The bathroom was dirty and the water took 20 mins to get hot. We either have ice cold water or scalding hot. the heater only worked on high. overall I was not please with this hotel. November 25, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff is the only good thing about this hotel This is an old hotel. No matter how wonderful the staff is, it's still an old hotel that is in desperate need of a facelift. We had numerous problems with our room and the staff responded well to each incident but I would never stay here again. Our first room was unacceptable because it had not been cleaned properly after the last guest. We were immediately put in another room by polite staff with an apology. Our door handle fell off the inside of the door in the middle of the night, the heater spewed dirt balls during the night, never had hot water ever, room was old and worn out. The electrical outlets for charging cell phones did not work. I reported these problems to the staff and they reacted well sending in maintenance to fix the problems. I hope Holiday Inn does a major renovation to this hotel, as they have a gem in the staff. I think these were the nicest people I ever had to complain to. That said the staff can only work with what they have which is an old outdated hotel. November 18, 2014
