Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Customer Service Had to wait over 15min to check in and I was the next in line while others acted busy behind the desk. Power outage for 2hrs with no breakfast. Hotel needs an update. Not enough plugs for electronics. Other IHG brands are always nice. I will never do Holiday Inn again. November 6, 2014

The pillows were very small, something my children used when they were small. I am thankful there were numerous pillows on the bed, but certainly wish that the pillows were at least a standard size. We really enjoyed the Happy Hour with the free finger foods and drinks, along with the free cookies. The little fitness center was also convenient for a quick morning work out. We also really enjoyed the breakfast variety in the morning. Only quip one family member had was the pillows being too fluffy, it ended up hurting their back and neck. Everything was clean and all the service members were polite. The day we checked in, don't remember her name, she helped us out very much. This Holiday Inn was very military friendly. You can only go east out of the lot, and most restaurants are to the west. You most go past the interstate, make a u-turn to go this way. October 16, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great value overall The only negatives I had concern the age of the hotel and the somewhat musty odor of the room which I know is unavoidable at some older hotels. That combined with the lack of orange juice at the buffet breakfast 2 of the 4 mornings were offset by the exceptional service provided by the staff. With only one exception (a somewhat disinterested check-in associate) the staff bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable. The hotel needs renovation but in spite of that the room was comfortable and the a/c worked flawlessly as did the Internet which didn't require me to log back in numerous times. One login the first night and it remembered me for the 5 nights I stayed there. October 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lots of Minor issues We arrived late after a long drive. The front desk was very friendly. We get to the room and the air is off and the room was musty and dryer sheets were in the air conditioning unit. WHY? The room had two of the same brand of TV which made no sense as one had to be unplugged as they both reacted to the same remote. The bathroom door swung inward making it difficult to close the door. Breakfast was good except the yogurt was 3 weeks passed expiration. Minor things but they add up. I would still recommend that hotel as they fix those issues (at least most of them) and the service was very friendly. October 8, 2014

I arrived around 12:40 AM and was starving....Miss Bonnie said they were getting ready to get food...I gave her money and w/Ii a few minutes I had the best Krystal chicken sliders ever!!!
