This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The staff was great and probley the best I have ever had the pleasure of being around. Thanks to all of them for the great job. Hope to see them all in 2 years at our next reunion. Sharon in resevation was totally wonderful

I was expecting to have the same level of updates that I can see in other Holiday Inns but the room was not update ...... the rest of the Hotel facilities was only ok ...... this stay was below my expectations .... friendly staff but I would not recomend this Hotel

Sharon at the front desk was AWESOME. We had difficulty with a third party reservation for our Army son and Sharon handled it with us and made sure we were treated fairly. She went out of her way to ensure we got the right rooms. Everything went great from then on.
Polite, knowledgeable. professional staff members is why we prefer to stay it Holiday Inns. Sharon was the model of politeness, knowledge, and professionalism.
Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the dining area very clean, The stay was enjoyable and the hotel was in a great location for our needs. We will surely return to this HI during our next visit.

This is one of my favorite places to stay because the staff are so very friendly. Great pool and rooms. Terrific breakfast in the dining area. Close to Ft. Benning, eating, and shopping. Well maintained grounds and facility. Pet friendly

The service was great. I got in late Thursday night it took them less than 5 mins to check me in. Everyone was very nice and courteous. The room was pretty spacious for what I needed. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfy. The only thing I would suggest is maybe add a snack machine. The location for as far as being able to get around town quickly was great. But trying to turn into the hotel was a bit annoying b/c you had to go down and make a U turn to get to it coming from certain directions. Coming off the hwy you just go straight across and that was great.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was wonderful! However, the facility was a mess. This hotel is in desperate need of an update. I was very excited to have a balcony in our room, but didn't get to enjoy it due to the excessive filth! The worse Holiday Inn facility I have yet to stay in =(

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. TV had limited channels. I had a pamphlet in my room for HBO channels but the TV only had Showtime. Limited seeting for restaurant. A fellow coworker ordered room service that took an hour. Didn't bother to order because of how long it took to receive food.

This is a great hotel. Great Location great food & great service. Close to Benning and right off the Interstate. Breakfast is awesome & so is the room service. I was there for a reunion and the staff was very friendly. Older hotel but clean & very well kept. Evita was very helpful with directions and places of interrest. She really made my stay a pleasent one.

We had a comfortable stay on April 30. We were traveling through to Charleston and like staying here because the hotel is accepting of our pet and charge a fee that is reasonable and matches the claim to be pet friendly. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. Detractors are the apparent age of the facility, it is well used and needing an up-dated décor.

This hotel has been remodeled and there are a few quirks with older hotel properties, like not having an elevator. I did not need a room on the first floor and I really need to walk up stairs as often as possible, so I did not mind that there wasn't an elevator. The rooms didn't have a mini fridge or microwave, the water in the bathroom was slow draining, and to lock the door you had to push up on the door handle. All these things weren't deal breakers for me, since I understand it is an older hotel.
The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast buffet was outstanding! The ladies and gentleman working the breakfast buffet were phenomenal! My daughter was playing softball in the area and her team had to stay at another newer hotel, and she was actually jealous over our comfy beds and great breakfast! She and her teammates wanted to switch to our hotel! So, yes there were some things that were quirky, but none of them matter when you can sleep soundly and wake up to a great breakfast!

Staff was very pleasant and personable at check-in which always gets the stay off in a good direction. Older hotel but with nice updated rooms and common areas. Will definitely stay in this hotel again during my travels to Columbus.

Showed up to check in around 1:30am and the woman behind the desk was very welcoming. She even took the time to give us some complimentary bottle water. the room was sufficient with a nice size flat screen TV, the bed was very comfortable and I found that the shower was better than a majority of other hotels I have stayed at. Don't know why but a lot of hotel showers have low water pressure and I take this into great notice when I stay at them, and this hotel stuck out very well on a positive note

I stayed for 5 days during April and overall the experience was positive. The front desk staff were eager to meet my requests for a fridge and microwave to be placed in my room and had maintenance deliver it shortly there after. The room was clean and housekeeping replenished items as needed. Easy access to the interstate and was located 2 miles from the place of business. My only complaint is the inability to turn left out of the location toward downtown. I did not experience the food due to eating at other restaurants in town. I would recommend offering free breakfast to non-rewards members as well.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, but the rooms look outdated and the painted the tub in my room and it looked really bad! The breakfast buffet was poorly lit and one of the days that we were there, they gave us plastic utensils and foam plates. The food was not that good either. They also booked a large party of Boy Scouts, that took to running and screaming all night long along the corridors? They also allowed two guests to stay with their dogs that also spent that time barking!

This hotel has a great location & a great staff. The food is more than expected. It is an older property but the service & value is 2nd to none. Free shuttle to take you around & onsite restaurant w/ room service. Freindly helful staff. Lady is sales office was great with directions. We will stay again!

This hotel shows its age and is only barely worth the money. Other newer places would be better. Next time I will try elsewhere. The prices in the restaurant were pricey so can't say if good or not - skipped. Outside was dated and parking lot was not appealing. I think the best one word review of this hotel is exactly that: dated, or even better, out dated. No elevator, which was forewarned. No king size bed ready on the first floor.

I had used this hotel for a one night stay in January. The front desk staff was excellent. Me and my girlfriend decided to eat at the restaurant that night and regretted that decision. It was only one waitstaff and she ended up being really rude. We called the manager who was very courteous even in the midst of the waitress still being belligerent. An experience like that would make not want to use this hotel again. I do appreciate the front desk staff and the restaurant "manager" who was especially attentive to our concerns.

It is an older building but the renovations helped the overall appearance. The best part about my stay was the staff. Amazing front desk personnel. If I had any issues, they were very pleasant and handled it quickly and to my satisfaction.

One complaint ... not enough staff. During the evening hours when the bar was open, only one person working the bar was often overwhelmed with customers. It meant long waits. Also the case with the morning breakfast ... Only one waitperson, so tables were very slow getting cleared and cleaned for the next set of customers. Often it meant waiting for a clean table and for clean table service. The staff that was there did a great job ... could have just used a second person so that it could have meant less waiting.

This hotel should NOT be in the Holiday Inn family. The rooms are very uncomfortable. Needs an upgrade of everything. The rooms are spread out in seperate buildings. Maintainace is needed to unplug the drains, dirty rooms, stained carpets, stained curtains felt like I was in the in the lowest grade hotel possible. We had 2 rooms and they both had maintenance issues, quality below substandard and I will never stay at this hotel again. I am a platinum member so I have stayed an numberous hotels and this tops my list of the worst Holiday Inn hotel EVER.

Room was not what we expected. Had to ask for a mini-friedge, microwave, and shower curtain. It was listed that HBO was included and gave channels, but only showtime was an option. No complementary coffee or anything in lobby. Went for breakfast buffet and food was not ready, nor serving staff to wait on you. Very few healthy options. Staff was friendly, always a plus!

The first thing that I thought was that I will never stay in a Holiday Inn again; but then I remember that I have close to 200K priorty points and Hoilday Inn has been my second home for about 15 years. I decided to tell everyone that I know, and even some that I don't, not to stay at this location.
I suffer from cronic PTSD that requires me to take several schedule 2 meds; One of which is still a schedule 1 in half the country. I recognize this problem and I always secure them well. Because of the Federal sites where I work, taking them with me is not possible. I have never had a theft before.
My room was only straightened out once durring my 5 night stay but as long as I have towels and TP I'm happy. But after the drive home to Birmingham I discovered why. After my drive home to Birmingham I found that my meds had been stolen. I immediately called to complain. First, I was told that they aren't responsible for my property in my room. Second, they were going to report me to the police. And third, their maid staff doesn't steal. Furthermore, I was told that they would inform their insurance company and would call me back. I haven't heard from them.
Because of this I am upset that I've spent so much money at Holiday Inn throughout the years. Do not stay at this Hotel. Drive a little bit further down the road and save the aggravation.
