Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location, clean, quiet Located within walking distance to the a main street full of food and shops. Very convenient and only need to cross one main road to get there. Hotel staff was welcoming and greeted us each time we walked in the door. Elevators were fast and the room was clean and comfortable. We stopped at the restaurant attached to the hotel to get a drink after dinner but it was packed (spillover from a wedding or private party in the hotel) and we waited to order a drink for about 8 or 10 minutes before we gave up and went back to the room. Won't blame that on the hotel though - I think they were understaffed at the bar for the amount of people that were there. December 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Sunday Night Overnight in Concord This stay was a win in every sense of the word. First, the staff (I am drawing a blank on their names), after I showed them my ticket to the show at the Capitol Center for the Arts, discounted my room rate even further! I was recognized as a Gold Rewards Member (Yay!) and received a free drink. The staff at E.J.'s (Donna and Kris, I believe) very graciously opened early for me and I was able to have a nice dinner before my show and take advantage of the free drink and discounted entree. I even had fun with them! Danielle (I believe, I cannot be sure) likewise served me promptly and graciously at breakfast-despite the nasty snow. The room was quite pleasant and sizable, the couch, coffee table, and easy chair were well appointed and made for a nice spot to relax after the show. I even took advantage of the in-room coffee maker. The King bed was perfect-the pillows were a little saggy, but, that was not an issue. The only thing I had trouble with sometimes was getting the TV remote to work because of the TV's elevated position. Most importantly, the hotel was an easy walk from the Capitol Center for the Arts. This made my trip. The staff even answered my concerns about the snow that moved through over night. I would definitely return to this hotel and was pleased to read about the renovation in the works. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice business stay in Concord The hotel was conveniently located to business meetings I had in NH. Also located in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The bar/wait staff at EJs was excellent and frienldy - had a great dinner there one night. The heating in the room was inconsistent - sometimes it would run hot and other times cooler when set at the same temperature. Overall, would recomment this to others - staff was friendly and helpful and room was clean. November 24, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good solid old motel with worthless restaurant Superb staff making the best of a tired old facility. Solid average motel for sleeping at night. A little too expensive considering its average condition facilities and very limited amenity package. If you need a conveniently located, clean, average motel to sleep in every night, by all means use this place. If you are looking for an up to date facility with great amenities, go somewhere else.
