Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Front Desk Staff Upon arrival, I was greeted very warmly and offered an upgrade on my room along with breakfast coupons. I had an issue with the AC in my room and the unit was exchanged within 30 minutes of my call to the front desk which occurred about 8:30pm. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again on my return trip to Miami. November 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed Room was comfortable and the mattress and pillows were of good quality. It does seem that the hotel is used as a dormitory for University of Miami students as there were a lot of bikes in the hotel and in the morning the hallways were littered with pizza delivery flyers. It would have been nice if breakfast was included. Breakfast in the hotel was pricey for a buffett November 17, 2014

A big shout to the lovely Mo and Jenny!!! The house keep staff is excellent and make the rooms super comfortable every day. The laundry is clean and the gym is just right for time away from home. Room service was very prompt. I encountered no problems. If called on to lecture again at the University, I would certainly book this accommodation. November 11, 2014

I had booked through a third party and had a very bad experience at a hotel before being rebooked at the Hoiday Inn. I was not made to feel like I bought a budget room but was upgraded and given free breakfast coupons by Michelle when I arrived. She is a rising star in the hospitality industry and I hope her employers recognize her exemplary service. I highly recommend this property. November 10, 2014

The room was spotless and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. I also enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and the bar. I look forward to staying at this property in the future.
