Conveniently located off I-80, this hotel is situated near major medical facilities and shopping plazas. The primo parking spaces reserved for IHG Reward Members in front are a big plus. Inside, the lobby is bright and attractive; the front desk staff is courteous and professional.
This hotel has some issues, though. The main hallway smelled musty, and the carpet looked soiled in many places. Our room was clean but had some obvious wear and tear (patched walls, carpet stains). Slippers were definitely required. The queen beds were comfortable enough. The small bathroom had good-quality towels, but the hairs on the floor made it seem unclean. The fridge and microwave were welcome conveniences, and the huge HDTV had plenty of channels, but the Internet connection was unreliable. The biggest issue was hallway noise--loud talking and door slamming--that persisted until well after midnight, even after we notified the front desk.
We appreciated being recognized as Platinum Rewards Club Members and receiving our no-hassle Reward Night; however, we won't be returning--even with the lure of a free night's stay-- until after this hotel is renovated.

I had booked 2 rooms for my boss and I. Neither of us could connect to the internet with hotel wireless access.

Excellent courteous service checking in and checking out; great sleeping conditions; pleasant room with nice view; pool water was warm and I enjoyed swimming in it; easy access to room.

The building facility is awesome and the staff is extremely helpful and seem to have a sort of ownership attitude in this excellent hotel! I appreciate that they are understand certain points of etiquette in dealing with the blind as I am blind and travel with a dog guide. This was noteably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. thanks!

Checking in at midnight with a big load to get to my room I was greeted by the night auditor who doubles as front desk after 11 pm.
Not only was she incredibly gracious and efficient, she also found me a cart for my luggage. I would stop here again.

Loved that the windows opened to get fresh air instead of recycled hotel air. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable - we were out like lights. A huge problem was that the bathroom had not been cleaned. The toilet was plugged up with the previous tenant's 'stuff'. Maintenance was quick to fix the toilet and said he would get housekeeping to clean the residue left in the toilet bowl...nobody showed up. I went to the front desk to get some soap & condiments and ask for housekeeping again. Nobody ever showed up so we cleaned it ourselves. I trust that this was a one-time mix up and we WILL be back next year.
