Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Passing Through We had been driving for 14 hours and the hotel was a welcome stop. Everything went flawless from check in to check out. If this is your destination, the property is well kept and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend a longer stay. August 23, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sleeping with crickets.... Overall disappointed. The room way damp and the air conditioner was noisey. However, the bigger issue was lack of cleanliness. There was a dog toy left from a previous guest under a curtain, and a cricket was jumping across my bed (I exterminated the cricket). I mentioned the dog toy and cricket upon check out. The front desk attendant was nice and apologized for the dog toy, she said that should have never happened. However, as for the cricket, she tells me that those are hard to control. She then tells me she stayed at a property this past weekend (different than this property as she told me she was in Kansas City), and killed three herself. Sorry, I spend 15-20 nights in a hotel a year (a reasonable sample size) and have never recalled seeing crickets in my room during my stay. She offered a few reward points, no where close to a night's stay, I did accepted them as a courtesy. I however do not expect to hear rationalization of having crickets in my room. I do expect, 'we are sorry to hear there were crickets in your room, we will have someone check into it immediately'. Whether or not that happens is up to the person, but please do not imply it is okay to have crickets in my room... August 22, 2015

We like the included buffet breakfast. We honestly look for a Holiday Inn Express everywhere we travel now. August 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Would Stay Again!! We enjoyed our stay at the Coralville, IA Holiday Inn. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The young woman who checked us in, Becca, was knowledgeable, pleasant and enthusiastic. The exercise room was clean and the treadmills were easy to operate. The hotel restaurant was in the midst of being renovated, but that did not stop it's staff from having a clean dining area, friendly service and wholesome food. August 16, 2015

He made it right with us due to a temporary facility inconvenience that we experienced during our visit. Also, Korey shared with us that he and the hotel desire to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction... and they did. I would recommend this hotel to travelers. August 11, 2015

The carpet was absolutely filthy in my room, the lights in the hallway were very bright and the gap under the door made sleeping difficult. The only good thing about this hotel was the pool/hot tub. Even that wasn't great, but it was the cleanest part of the hotel. August 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Complimentary breakfast I am USDA certified in Private long distance pet transport. And that is the reason I stay at your hotels. I am finding pet friendly ones, that are very comfortable and safe. The pet is never left alone in the room while in my care. I was very disappointed that I could not get my free breakfast for being a member in my room. This would have helped alot, since once I'm in the car for another long day, I can't go into a restaurant. A good breakfast would have made a difference for me. This is my only complaint.
