Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, but! The room was great with a separate area forth pull out bed which is what we wanted. The only problem was that there were no sheets or pad for the pull out bed. The front desk sent someone wit sheets but they did not have a pad. Then Mattress had a plastic wrap that made uncomfortabl with just a sheet over the top. It really b needed a pad. Also, the room was more then our reservation stated which the desk cork could not explain or do anything about. The difference was only $10 so no big deal but still poor customer service policy. The room service hamburger was one of the best room service meals we have had. June 16, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Warm and friendly We stopped in early for the night to avoid a storm and it was a great move. We were greated warmly and once checked in got a great recommendation to a local restaurant. Although the motel seemed crowded with some sort of reunion, the staff made all guests feel welcome. The room was clean and set up nicely. I had stopped in town last year to visit one of the local sights, but now I regret spending the night then. Will surely remember to stop again if in the area again. June 1, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible experience First of all I had trouble checking in because I got charged twice, so by an inconvenience my friend had to put it in her card, which I still haven't got a refund for the original charge. Also, there was still coffee in the coffee maker when we got to our room which is gross, the sheets were stained and no toilet paper. May 12, 2013

Having the restaurant attached for convenience was an added feature along with excellent food. The rooms were good sized with comfortable beds. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by All's good but the food Great location, nice enough staff,decent rates. Comfy rooms except the bathroom is so small and ill-designed that you have to negotiate around the door when it's open--it blocks off the tub and limits access to the stool. Breakfast in the cafe was maybe the worst I've ever had--dry, uncooked instant oatmeal floating atop some tepid grey water. First meal I ever sent back. One poor cheerful server ran the entire show and customers had to call into the kitchen to find her to pay the bill. Maybe it's better for lunch and dinner.Understaffed would be an improvement. Overall, I'd definitely stay again but not chance eating there. April 24, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unfortunate Great greetings from Angelo a the front desk, I'm sure he was sincere with the upgrade he gave me... my room was sandwiched between the fitness room and the maintenance employees hangout. Treadmills and a blasting TV on one wall and the maintenance guys discussing everything imaginable on the other. Must have been a smoking hotel as the smell still lingers. February 18, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by This is a Holiday Inn? My husband and I always stay at Holiday Inn when we travel and have had many positive experiences. This place was totally disappointing. The toilet ran all night unless we manually adjusted the flapper. The light on the telephone blinked all night, even when we were told it would be fixed. The gentleman at the desk dissappeared shortly after we had dinner and never reappeared. The wake up call in the morning was persistent and only shut off after we responded to three separate calls. Dinner in the onsite restaurant/bar and service by the bartender was very good but otherwise our stay was unsatisfactory. January 4, 2013

Booked a room due to last minute cancellation but only smoking room and king size were available. Maid must have misunderstood us. We asked her to come back in an hour, but she never came back, leaving beds unmade etc. reported all to mgmt. Still, we would use this hotel again. Great atmosphere. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel, good location but... Stayed at the hotel one night and the check in was easy, fast and efficient. Staff was helpful and able to recommend local restaurants etc. I did however, have two problems. The first concerned room cleanliness. There was an arm chair in the room which was right against the bed. When I moved it, found that housekeeping hadn't done the same. There were crumbs all over the floor and an empty plastic cup under the chair as well. And to add insult to injury, when I went into the bathroom, there was hair clinging to the shower wall that was neither the same color or length as mine. The other involved food service. There's a restaurant attached to the hotel and when I checked in I was given a ten dollar discount voucher for breakfast. Printed on the back of the voucher it said breakfast was served until 1000. I went into the restaurant at 0935 and it was completely empty, no guests, no staff. I called out, knocked on the kitchen door, etc and couldn't find anyone. A young woman showed up, looked surprised to see me and when I asked if I was in the right place and could I still get breakfast, she told me yes I was and she would be only too happy to get me a breakfast parfait or something similar to go. No table service, no menu to select from, just food to go. After several decades in the travel, tourism and hospitality industries, I would strongly suggest that if you contract with someone to provide a service you should insure that they do. As a Priority Club member, I was surprised these two things happened as nothing similar has ever happened at any Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. October 20, 2012
