Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Excelente estadìa..... En este hotel, nos sentimos muy cómodos desde que llegamos hasta que nos vamos. Un detalle a tener en cuenta para la atención en el bar, una vez nos sacaron brownies para acompañar los café, seguimos concurriendo al bar, pero nunca mas nos sacaron nada, no se a que se debe, no creo que se deba por ahorro en los costos del hotel, por lo demás, todo bien.... Solo como comentario quiero decirles que la señal de TV por momentos no era buena. Falta mas indicaciones para el acceso al hotel, porque con la rotonda y la vía se hace confuso. April 11, 2015

I arrived with my family punctually at 2PM (check-in set hour) and the room was not ready, I was kindly asked to wait 10 minutes but 10 minutes became 1 hour. In the meantime I saw another new guests arriving the front-desk to do check-in and their rooms were quickly assigned. I asked why I had to wait for 1 hour for my room and another guests not, the answer I received was "they have another kind of reservations"... What does this means? I felt discriminated because I had a reservation trough IHG reward nights program. Let me explain this: If I have a reward night trough IHG it`s because previously I paid a lot for reservations in different IHG hotels, it`s not something I received for free, it`s because of loyalty to the IHG program. After the third time I went to the front-desk to complain, I was assigned a new room, not the one I reserved with view to the mountains, but a new one with view to a local market. Except this check-in situation, the experience was really good. Clean room, poor quality image in the TV, my kid really enjoyed the Easter activities, nice swimming pool, sauna, enjoyable food and excellent dinner with the piano-man. Remarkable attention from the guys in the cafeteria. I stayed in a lot of hotels across the world and I have never seen guests hugging and kissing the bartenders before checking-out as a clear demonstration of thankful. April 9, 2015
