Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Front Desk I truly appreciate Allison at front desk for her pleasant personality and checking to make sure I had everything that I needed in my room.. However, I was having problem ordering room service, because their was something wrong with the phone line and I kept getting disconnect, I called Allison at the front desk and she personally spoken with the restaurant manager and help me to place my order and get it deliver to my room. This is the service that I have known and appreciate from IHG hotel service March 31, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable beds and too noisy! If you want quiet and relaxing this is not the hotel for you. They have a karaoke bar on the main level and the walls of these rooms are paper thin, you could hear the music, you could hear every person in the hallways talking, slamming doors and even the conversations in the rooms next to you.
