Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Front Desk The Front Desk Reservationist Allison was Great, she recognize me as IHG reward member. She, call to check to see if their anything else was needed once I was in my room. I was very tired and was ordering room service and the phone line kept disconnecting after numerous calls. I had to go downstairs, and explained the situation to Allision, she personally called the manager and placed my order and my food was send up to my room within 20 minute with a full apology, truly thankful to her for helping with my order and my stay wonderful customer service. However, I was having problem ordering room service, because their was something wrong with the phone line and I kept getting disconnect, I called Allison at the front desk and she personally spoken with the restaurant manager and help me to place my order and get it deliver to my room. This is the service that I have known and appreciate from IHG hotel service March 31, 2015
