Yvonne and others at the front desk went out of their way to help us in any way they could. They performed the duties of "concierge" better than the highly rated Manhattan Club. They were more than helpful, and made our stay exceptional.

I stayed here only 2 nights. There were several things I did not like about my room. The TV programming was such that there was no channel identification so you didn't immediately know what channel you were on; you couldn't enter a channel number on the remote so you had to page through channels one at a time; the channel list provided by the hotel was no where near correct.
The shower was strange. I think it had originally been a bathtub because the plumbing fixture to adjust water flow and temp was down really low. Then, a piece of glass from top to bottom made it impossible to turn the water on unless you were standing IN the shower and the fixture was broken so temp regulation was very difficult. There was no door on the shower so water splashed onto the floor.
I was also disappointed there was no breakfast or 24hr coffee/tea bar. I had dinner in the Pine Restaurant and it was very good. But it seemed like the hotel limited services typically offered by Holiday Inns because of the restaurant. Not a great value.
