Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and efficient staff. Full service hotel Over the last year my job responsibilities have required me to travel to Corpus Christi an overall average of once a week. All of the staff has always been especially friendly and helpful - especially the check-in personnel who greet me by name and they always, if possible, upgrade my room. They also pay attention to the fact that I prefer a room away from elevators and on an upper floor. For myself, I appreciate that the hotel is full service with a bar/restaurant. The food has always been good, the wait staff and bartender cheerful and thoughtful. Room service has a decent menu and my orders have always arrived within a reasonable time and everything I ordered was there. April 14, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Run away Hotel is horrible they put charges on my room that were never made by me. Left early because two days in a row they thought cleaning my room was taking out the trash only. Never made the bed or gave me fresh towels. On top of that been trying to get the bill straight and no one apparently works. Their always gone or unavailable. been waiting on the genral manger to call back for 4 days and calling him 5 times a day to no answer. March 30, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needing Improvement This Holiday Inn was the least expensive in the area for IHG members, for a reason. The entire facility is in need of renovations and upgrades. The furniture in the rooms are laminated instead of real wood and the beds were not as comfortable as the rest of the hotels we usually stay in. I would drive to the other side of town and stay at a higher rate to get better comfort and quality. The lobby area was quite inviting but once you leave that area, the mood changes. March 25, 2015
