Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Great staff and good place to stay The staff here is great they will help with anything you need, the motel is ok and needs some upgrades. The overall service is good but they have a hard time getting the rooms cleaned before days end. The elevators or also not working correctly. November 20, 2014

The stay at the hotel was a very good experience after all. I did not expect the restroom to be very modern looking. The reception area of the hotel was very clean and open. November 18, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Growing to the standard EXCELLENT front desk BUSINESS SERVICE and support was provided for our conference.Nice suite size and amenities. Poor elevator service and location. Currently renovating 1 floor at a time. Hallway carpets on upper floors are quite bad. November 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable room, nicely furnished I spent a quick night at this property on my way home to San Antonio. The room was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I did not get a chance to dine there so I am unable to rate food & beverage. About the only thing negative I noticed was the carpets in the public areas were showing the dirt dragged in by the many oil field workers staying there. Must be a a constant problem for housekeeping. November 8, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value, needs to be updated tho. Downsides... Elevator is a long way from the front desk and one of them was out of order... leaving one elevator for the entire hotel. The AC unit would run for hours before shutting down (in October) and the temp varied by more than a few degrees. It shut down when it was cold and started back up when the room was hot. There was no outlet by the bed for cell phone charging. I pulled the bed back to use the wall plug (yes, located behind the bed), there was about 20 years of dust and dirt there. There was so much it looked like snow. Upsides.... the staff is freindly and attentive, the food is good, the lounge is nice, and the overall cleanliness was good. Good location, easy to get to. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and comfortable beds I stay at this hotel every 2 - 3 week for business but I stay there by choice. The staff are always very friendly and the beds are very comfortable. It is an older hotel but most rooms have been redone and upgraded. November 3, 2014
