Jeff the GM is running a very nice hotel and it my pleasure to visit to name a few great employees Victoria, Jeff, the house keepers and maintenance, restaurant, i plan on staying there a more in the future

The staff at this hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean. This hotel is undergoing renovations and we got one of their renovated rooms. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Victoria at the front desk was very helpful. Orabiel ( spelling) the resturant manger was helpful. I told her the breakfast bufett was the best they had in YEARS.

3/21 stayed staff tried to give me worst room down a long hall right next to the stairwell. 4th floor. secondnight 4/26 looked at 5 rooms all vents in bathroom blowing air dirty and very noisy not controlled by a switch upgraded tosuite with same problem. broken carrier in hallway with broken legs. no restaurants nearby in walking distance or take out menuesavailablefood only fair dont stay at this hotel.

everyone was courteous and helpful, rooms were clean and beds very comfortable,conference room was spacious and had plenty refreshments, would stay there again

Property might be undergoing upgrades, but it is over priced for the services, rooms and location .

WE WERE DOWN THERE FOR A FUNERAL. OTHER GOLD MEMBERS WERE GIVEN A BREAKFAST COUPON. BUT THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK TOLD US WE WERE GOLD MEMBERS AND DIDNT GET ONE. WE ALSO ASKED FOR A REFRIGATOR FOR OUR ROOM AND WAS IGNORED. I HAVE DIABETES AND HAD TO MY INSULIN IN ICE WATER INSTEAD.
NOT HAPPY WITH THE HOTEL AND TOO MANY MEN HANGING OUT SIDE. THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE WERE RUDE.

The location is not bad and so the ameneties. But the service for how much we pay for it is not worthed. During our 2 nights stay with this hotel we were not happy. It's a spring break we though ,and we choose this hotel to relax and get away. Our first night is when we arrive and just relax after how many hours driving. The next day we were out all day long and we come back to our room exhausted. We were surprised to find our room is not cleaned. So, my husband has to go to the front desk and tell them what happen to our room. The new manager who just started that day calls the housekeeping to clean the room .The housekeeper came and start cleaning the room . While my whole family was setting on the floor by hallway and leaning on the wall patiently waiting till the room is ready. We've been staying in the hotel whenever we go out of town, but that incident never happen before. The manager offer us coupon for breakfast, but we didn't have use it instead we gave it to one of the guest in since our breakfast was included during our 2 days stay.
