Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service Fantastic pillow with the comfortable bed. Great variety of cable channels. I love to watch the local news channels for the flavor of the area. Hotel is five minutes or so from the airport and take the interstate. Fridge in room works great for chilling your favorite beverages. Area around hotel is sketchy so try to get snacks before you park the car. Need an outlet for the PC on the desk or front of the table. I had to move the table to access the outlets. Desk lighting needs more foot candles (i.e. brightness). Nice breakfast buffet with a good number of choices. December 23, 2014

The rooms are basically updated but in need of new paint and patching of the walls. The bathroom was clean for the most part except for hair on the floor. If I had been on a leisure trip with my wife we would have changed rooms. December 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by NICE Bad points: Twice my key didn't work for my door I had to literally yell on the phone for the front desk to hear me, when I put the phone on speaker they could hear me when I talked at a normal level WiFi was slow and kept going off and on for the 3 days I was there Ice machine didn't work on my floor Good points: Breakfast was good Atrium was pleasant and pretty with the water and layout Staff was friendly and helpful Bed was comfortable Room and Hotel seemed to be clean December 20, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay when in Corpus Only problem I had was the pillows were way to soft. I my-self perfer Hard pillows. The staff are a group of fantastic friendly people. This Hotel is very lucky to have such a great crew. Every one there are always asking if you need anything, or can they help in any way. When in Corpus I always stay at this Hotel strickly because of the great experience I've always have when staying there. The Hotel has recently had a remodel job done, just makes it better. This Hotel and the Holiday Inn in Cotulla are the best 2 I've stayed at in a long time. December 18, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Experience No one on the desk was fully qualified. A housekeeping manager was attempting to assist an individual who wore a "Trainee" name tag. She was swamped/overwhelmed at times. They couldn't find my reservation, and said the number I provided had already been checked in under. It took 25 minutes to get checked in. I was asked to take a seat while others were checked in, and I had to call the local company who made the reservation twice. The following conditions were also noted: the van used for courtesy transportation had been hit in the windshield by numerous stones, I estimate 10, and was nearly cracked all the way from side to side. One of two elevators was inoperative. The ice maker on my floor was out of service. The American Flag being flown was in poor repair (needs to be retired). I am a Veteran, and proud of my service. This is inexcusable. Easily the worst experience I have had in the past year, 35 at IHG and 45 at four of your competitor's properties. December 10, 2014
