I did find the rate to be pricey for the points I had to use but was given an upgrade to a suite without asking or knowing until checkin. The suite was spacious, and would have been perfect for a couple traveling together. The bathroom was a detraction from the atmosphere of the suite. The shower is in serious need of perhaps some cleaning and repair of some grout on the walls of the shower. There were stains on the floor of the shower and outside the shower why anyone would put a toilet up next to the vanity and then a towel rack over the toilet hanging on the vanity well is just plain not user friendly especially when the bath tissue hangs under the towel rack!
